I've gotten into so many new content creators thanks to Among Us. DumbDog, 5up, stevesuptic, koji, Wolfabelle, and a few others. I can only stand to play that game when I have a bunch of friends on it too, but man the streams and YouTube content that's been coming out for it is amazing.

I wanted to put together a PC in Jan/Feb 2021 (after more than 20 years!) but AMD just went overboard with their new Ryzen CPU prices and GPU prices are now equal to a 5-year-old car so I decided to dust off games and now I'm replaying american Assassin's Creed on my 7-year-old laptop.

AC3 - ah, Haytham... I'm a sucker for a good anti-hero. He should have gotten his own game. And the voice actor would be a good replacement for Kain in LoK series (should Simon Tepleman ever abanon the role). Connor is boring but fortunately missions in the Homestead make the game for me. Too bad you can not replay them. I so loved chasing pigs in this pretty, white Ezio outfit (would be hilarious if you could fall into the mud and get it dirty!). I'm also one of the few people who like Charles Lee... I just wish they woudn't destroy his character (he just switches his views 180 degrees somewhere in the middle of the game because the writers just had to make someone the villain... so badly executed).

AC:Rogue - my fav game. Though I remember Shay not being such a crybaby. But all in all I managed to completly destroy the economy of the game (this is what happens when you have hoarding habits and collect every bit of trash on the map in the beginning and are too OP for the main story XD). I also started to like George Monroe very much. Too bad he died.

AC4 - I remember abandoning the game somewhere in the middle as the main character was so boring and could not decide what he wants to do. I'll give this game a chance once I replace my HDD with SSD. Meybe I'll change my mind about it.

PS. do NOT install Win10 on HDD! I migrated from Win7 to 10 and it runs like a snail and everybody I asked said that it is a better and faster system. Yeah, right... if you have an SSD... liars!

I've never been into AC so I can only respond to the beginning and end of your post, but I've got Win10 running on a 5 year old desktop (one that was high end when I bought it, but has no SSD) and aside from some occasional boot hiccups I've found it to be pretty good. This is coming from someone who has usually disliked Windows and had a Mac for a long time before this PC. Could be because you have a laptop, but I really can't say for sure. I haven't looked at the new Ryzen stuff, are the prices really that outrageous?

As for CPU: I found the price of 3800x at $399 whereas it's current replacement 5800x is at $449 (I was eyeing 3700 more but there is no 5700 so you can not compare prices). And from what I remember progress is when you have more for less ar at least for the same price. Otherwise it's not progress. It's just more for more.

As for SSD: I don't have problems with booting, it's normal that when you have HDD you just have to wait. I had huge problems with windows opening (I had to wait longer than usual) or with such a trivial thing as picture viewing... 5-10sec to open the program is just too much. Maybe Win10 started as a lightweight OS for tablets and office PCs but now it's just an old hog. I replaced HDD with SSD and it works as it should. Maybe as you wrote, you did not have such problems because you bought a high end PC. I bought my laptop mid-range (I just went to the store and said: mister, will this laptop run Batman: Arkham City? Yes? Ok, I'm buying.) so after 7 years this thing is just old and outdated. But from my experience, Win10 is just good for new devices.

Okay, so I have MK 1-4 on pc now and I need to configure it to play properly with an XBOX Series X controller.

I picked up Pathfinder: Kingmaker on Steam recently. I'm not too familiar with the lore of Pathfinder, but it's a pretty fun game so far.

Kingmaker is widely considered to be one of the best Adventure Paths that Paizo ever made - it has the unique distinction among Paizo APs of being a campaign that can last upwards of 5 years if the players really take the wheel and make the game their own.

If you enjoyed the CRPG version of Kingmaker, another one of Paizo's APs is being adapted to that format right now. Wrath of the Righteous, which was the first AP to include mythic rules, takes players through the Worldwound and the Abyss. Think of it as a hardcore zealot paladin's wet dream. Loads of demon slaying and cleansing evil.

Cards are almost finalized, just need to add the text, and icons to the template. I have Card Back art, Boxart. Easy peasy rules. Can't wait.

It was advice, not an instruction. Jab's probably more effective than the pill because of the type of virus it is. There's similar common illnesses where you can take medication though. I'm tattooed up too.

Cough mixture helps mild Covid symptoms, believe it or not, which is an oral solution different from pills and needles.

Never heard of a vaccine in pills. I also don't remember any vaccine I had injected into my blood... instead they inject it in a muscle.

Miltiple attempts... Well' interns have to learn on somebody. XD Plus, if you're in a hospital and unless it's a cave you will get a cannula and that's it. No one is going to give you miltiple injections in your vein. No one has time for it.

They tried to put it under my wrist first, then switched to the back of my hand, and jabbed twice. Not fun.

I Don't Understand What The Big Deal About Getting a Vaccine is. It's Exactly Like Every Other Immunization Shot Everybody Has Gotten Like Polio, Tetanus, Shingles or Chickenpox and all the Other Ones.

I heard something about that on the radio news the other day, but they specifically said it wasn't a replacement for vaccines.

Seems to do the same thing, not kill the plague while making everyone a typhoid mary.

For a species known to extinct a ton of other species, this situation seems a lil sus.

I'm aware of that. Don't know how it is in Canada but in UK they're still rolling out 3rd jabs, regardless of this oral antiviral drug, which I believe will be available by the end of the year. If the vaccine was mixed with this pill I reckon there'd be seldom side effects.

Same With Germs and Sanitizer's. These Product's claim to fight against these infectious Thing's at Hand with Percentages for The Individual's Who Use Them Not Totally Wipe them out of Existance. : \

As for the Covid Vaccine's They're Still a Very Young Drug in Sciences Eyes and if They're Going to add a 3rd Shot That Will Enhance The other 2 I'll Be Gettin That One Aswell... If it is Necassary. Out of Love and Respect For My Parent's, Elder's and Children I See Every Day. I Wont Be Taking Chances With Their Lives Over Mine. The economy would've taken a smaller hit than this dragged out bs we're in now. I blame the people clamoring to be crammed into clubs for their precious bawdy contact after the initial lockdowns ended, skirting quarantine/mask rules, and the constant fumbling by those in charge.

Not all unvaccinated are kooks, different people have different reasons. Various people can't take it because of legitimate health reasons, others are from populations the government has experimented on in the past so don't trust them.

I DO NOT AGREE WITH ANTIMASKERS/"CIVIL LIBERTIES" PROTESTERS. These are the people getting everyone sick, purposely coughing on people, congregating, and attacking others. The anti-government/anti-immigrant people who see conspiracies, and government abuse everywhere except where it actually is. There's plenty of government abuse of power, and worse unethical shit, but a piece of cloth is what they freak out over? I just assume it's an extension of the prepandemic muslim hate.
