I know that tramp stamps are out of style, but it's the only place that would suit for a tattoo. I'm the kind of person that doesn't really want to show the world I have a tattoo. (Then why bother?) Because I've always wanted a tattoo.

My friends all got tattoos on their shoulders which looks totally gay and well, they just ruined nice dresses if they have to wear something with straps.

Ankles just look weird

I wanted something like a sun going around my belly button, but I already have mine pierced, I don't want more.

Arms, meh,I find arm tattoos more suitable for men than woman.

Upper back, my brother has a tattoo on his upper back, I don't want to copy.

Waist/ hip, no thank you.

Sides of the body, too many people I have on Facebook showed me their awful tattoos they got on their sides, so no.

Lower back is the only place where I'd want one. I would design my own (Doesn't it cost more if you make your own?) It'll be unnoticeable. And if I ever do get one, there's no particular reason other than it's in a spot that you won't see it... Unless I'm in a bathing suit...

Besides.... BOOBS are what guys really care about.... At times... when they're in their faces.

Tramp stamps were always laughable, I'm not really sure when or if they were ever in style, but I digress.

See, in my opinion, a tattoo is supposed to be something that is very meaningful, so much so that you want to make a part of you for the rest of your life. I got my tattoo about 4 months ago and I've never once doubted my decision; the shamrock on my forearm is in memory of my late grandfather who passed away a year and a half ago. Throwing out ideas for what you might want is all well and good, but in the end your final decision should be something that you hold close. However, I suppose that doesn't apply quite as much if you're going to get it in a place where you'll never see it.

Maybe your friends just had bad ideas for tattoos, because I've seen some awesome stuff on various parts of the body from guys and girls alike.

Sounds like your typical tramp stamp, but if it'll make you happy, then that's all that counts really.

It really is. Just a typical stamp with no real meaning towards it.

I doubt I'll get it soon though, I mean I just got the belly pierced so I'll wait.

I'm more concern about getting myself moved into my dorm and hoping I have a great time that I'm finally at a real college for once, unlike last year's.

Stamps for tramps!

I always thought that "tramp stamp" was a stupid nickname for lower back tattoos, but that's just me it seems.
The only thing I find ridiculous about it is, why bother getting a tattoo you can't see without the aid of a mirror? You may as well just get it on your side at least.

I really don't think it matters if you can see it with or without the aid of a mirror. If all goes as planned, I am planning on getting mushrooms tattooed on my back in September. I'll need a mirror to see them. But I will like them. I've wanted these tattoos since I was thirteen, and I'm finally in the right season and going to have the money to do it.

Anyways, today is my birthday. Went to Pacha last night then spent the night with the girlfriend. Woke up today with one less piercing. It's amazing how many Duane Reade's are closed at 4am in NYC. Got home. Showered. My father's coming to pick me up to buy some things for school. I'll have pizza and cake later. My aunt is making me a zombie cake. I wonder how that'll turn out. I hope excellent. Then I'm supposed to have my party later, fucking nervous that my friend whose house it is at is going to bail. Right now I have about forty minutes to kill so that's why I'm on MKO. Roar.

I know, my reason for getting one has to be completely strange but, it's just the spot that I want to get it in and nothing more.

But, the way that I live my life, I doubt I'm even going to get one soon. Hell I might not even get one at all but if I do, that's where I'm getting it.

It's unfortunate when your best friend lets you down so hard on your birthday. But she does this every time to me. That is about all of the vent you are going to get out of me.

And I may or may not wind up having a much smaller birthday party, so yeah, I'm sorry I'm going on and on about an event nobody cares about, but I just mention this because I'd say this post is the last you'd hear of my birthday, but I'm sure there might be a picture in a few days.
