It's not an actual evolution if Carbink in the game, just historically it arose from Carbink somehow.
I decided it would be nice if I share all of my current teams. (NOTE: I wrote out my Friend Code wrong in most of them. lol The actual code is 1375-8097-5060.)
Team 1 - Main Team
This team is just my starting team, with no specific correlation between the pokemon. It's a totally badass team, though.
Team 2 - Force of Nature
This team is based on nature and its many occurrences, hence the inclusion of plant and animal-like pokemon. The movesets between them dwell within the Grass, Water, and Flying types.
Team 3 - Lake of Fire
This team marks my first Fire-based team, something I usually detest to since Fire is one of my least favorite types. This team is primarily designed to inflict status conditions and damage.
Team 4 - Cold Love
This team, as the name suggests, is based entirely around Jynx. All members of the team have either the move Ice Beam or Psychic. Jynx has both. The team is meant to be eclectic, while also applying all members with Jynx's strengths, including high Speed and Special Attack.
Team 5 - Deep Ocean
This team reflects the Water type visually rather than literally. Only three of the team's members have a Water-type move, Surf, two of them not being Water types themselves (Furfrou and Dragonair). This team is designed to flip flop between Physical and Special Attack. Half the team is physical-based, the other half is special-based.
Team 6 - Afterlife
This is my darling Ghost team, and the only team I that is actually interchangeable. Shown here are the main six within the team. Other potential members are Aegislash, Gengar, Banette, and Metagross. This team is designed for each member to combat a different type.
Team 7 (Double Team) - Love of the Same Kind
This is my first double team in Pokémon X and Y. This team is mainly the duo of Sylveon and Umbreon, with my Jynx and Gengar serving as backup. Both Sylveon and Umbreon are highly defense-clad, and are setup to take multiple hits, Umbreon especially. In addition, Sylveon caters to the need for Special Attack while Umbreon caters to the need for Physical Attack. However, both pokemon know the move Dig.

Twitch plays Pokemon
This is one of the most bizarre things the internet has ever produced. It really makes for an interesting social experiment. 45,000 players controlling Red on a mission to become champion. All hail the Helix Fossil

This thing is so hectic I'm amazed the game made it Celadon City.
I'm assuming someone takes charge in the middle of the night. lol

I only found 15...
Anybody out here still playing X and Y? Now that I assume we've all dissected every inch of the game, what kind of Pokemon have you been raising and stuff?
I've been having a lot of fun training and battling with MegaVenusaur, Togekiss, Malamar, Greninja, Aegislash, and Talonflame. I've raised a lot more, and been making some fun trades too... Man, I still enjoy this game.
This morning, I went out of my way to go back to my GCN, GBA, and various games to retrieve a Jirachi. Once I teach it Mimic, I'm going to bring it to my Y game.

If anyone has any event pokemons and would like to trade them with me. I would appreciate it! I just want them for my pokedex. I will give them right back to you. I don't have an interest in keeping them.
Anyway... My current team is:
- Sigilyph
- Skarmory
- Floatzel
- Glameow
- Zebstrika
- Lilligant
I'm trying to collect pokemons at level 100. Just as a collection not to battle. I have transferred my previous pokemons that I have raised to level 100. It brings back memories as how hard I worked to raise them to that level. Examples my Milotic(when I caught it as a Feebas), Spinda, Swellow, etc
As of right now, I have collected 26 pokemons at level 100.

I bought the gen 4 games second hand now that i have a DS and there were TONS of shinies on the original save file so i'm going to trade them before restarting. There were 2 event legendaries Manaphy and Darkrai too. The only downside is the shiny green Bronzor and Bronzong BOTH have Levitate. (It's a good ability but i'd rather they have the unique Heatproof.)

The box arts look terrible. I'm not sure how I feel about the remake since it is bound to include Mega-evolutions. I really like Megas, don't get me wrong... but I don't think they should be in a remake of Ruby and Sapphire.
Oh well, now all the fanboys who think Gen 3 is a gift of god get their wish.
Honestly, I don't think there will be any new mega evolutions, and any existing ones will most likely not be available until after completion of the game's story, much like with X and Y.
Gen 3 happens to be my favorite generation, pokemon-wise, so I am very much excited to see how it fairs this time around.

Edit,
I will say, I didn't like this game since the third grade when it first came out. But since yesterday, I want more cards. My first ever game I played I won and my first ever built deck I won! I am now into this game. (I guess with the help of Hearthstone, I'm finding more of a love for card games)
So far my deck includes these pokemon with the evolutions:
Walrein
Sealeo
Spheal
Milotic
Feebas
Starly
Skrelp
Metang
Beldum
Meowstic
Espurr
Muk
Grimer
Leafeon X2
Evee X2
Beedrill
Kakuna
Weedle
Cofagrigus
Yamask
As of right now I am searching for a Meowth and his evolution (with my love for cats) and other cards.
I thought, why not share your experiences and your best decks... As well as help a newbie out with this!

Funny I was thinking of water types when I find RuSa remakes on the horizon, with Hoenn's overabundance of water.
"Blah, Blah too many water types, they're all the same, Blah, Blah"
Cut off, Right click to view image
Swordfish > Sawfish both Water/Steel
Marlin > Sailfish > Galleon ship, all Water/Fighting
Bottlenose Dolphin(Flipper) would make sense as Water Fairy, because they're cute/playful.
Orca/Killer Whale Water/Dark because they hunt like wolves.
Porpoise evolving into a False Killer Whale, pure water type, added to the encounter ratio to offset the standalone Dolphin, and Orca
I saw on Discovery in the last couple years, something about an aquatic wolf species, that hunted almost exclusively in water, but I can't find any info on Google.
Water/Dark cooler, competition enterable lesser Suicune.
Also on River Monsters, Jeremy Wade caught a couple interesting Catfish.
One looked like it'd be Water/Steel
the other looked Water/Dragon, I can't remember which one was growling.
