Off topic a bit: Is anyone else expecting someone totally off the radar (from either side or even both) to end up in the game?

I figured I'd just post in here instead of making a new thread since I don't think it's that important, but has anyone considered the possibility of clone characters? Yeah, lots of people don't like clones, but it could be a good way to increase the roster count if there is some extra time during the late stages of development. Smoke, anyone?



I expect at least one sort of obscure character from each side. If I were choosing, I would pick Meat for Mortal Kombat and Swamp Thing for DC. They sort of go well as counterparts.

has everyone forgotten lobo?...i see him on some of your list..but honestly i can't see this game coming out and him not being in it...its wayyyyyy to brutal a character to not include in this type of battle

Ermac (cuz he's my fav character; but I doubt he'll be in it)

Plus there will be brand new characters created for the game, so I'm interested to see what they will be like.

Penguin (he's a pretty good fighter, but still doubt it)
Lobo (he's an evil alien version of Marvel's The Punisher, pure badass!)

Quick note: people keep telling me they hope for the Flash to be in the game. I say why? All he can do is run! Where's the fun in that?!
