in 1st style back plus 1, scream, cs, 1113 cs 43~does 46+ damage it depends on what style they r in..
to set them up for the back + 1, do her clip which is b + 3 if they wont block low keep clipping till they block low then quickly back + 1 them...
another thing i love doing w/ her in fu jow pai~wheni seemy foe about to combo me i quickly do up +111 then again up +111, but after the 1st up +111 if u see them blocking low quickly back plus 2 them.. if any 1 wants more sindel crap i do ill post.. im not sure any 1 cares for her tho on here.
and for that guy that wanted to know some good mid hit stuff.. sindel has 1 in each style.. 1st style back +1(which this 1 sets up her big damage combo) 2nd style back +2 this 1 is my fav move i do it alot, has super quick recovery.. and her 3rd 1 is in kwan do its her 44 combo it hits low after it hits do 441 which is a pop up or 443...

Nightwolf isn't top tier Queve. You're right about the other 3 though.
Jade is good because of second stance: d+3/3/b+1 and her teleport. d+3 stuns, hits low and you can keep doing it over and over again. When they finally duck, b+1 hits mid, comes out fast and leads to 45% damage. 3 by itself does 10 damage, hits low and comes out quick. The teleport is good for obvious reasons.
Queve, Li Mei is a mid tier character. Setting up Kunlundao: 2 is what she's about. She can handle a lot of the characters in the game, but if your opponent is really smart and patient, connecting it is a bitch.
Nice sindel shit danb.

Nightwolf definitley isn't top tier. He is very linear like Kitara was. Granted he isn't as bad as she was because his stances are a bit better, but he still isn't that great.
Also, don't post your own "tier lists" saying that you aren't counting infinites. It makes no sense to not count infinites since they are part of the game and always will be. Tier lists rank the characters against eachother based on the maximum level of gameplay you can achieve with each of them. Saying you're not counting infinites because there cheap is like saying you're not counting any characters special moves. You just can't do that.

Thanks for the good sindel mids! I'm gonna have to mess w/ that :)
Some stuff i'd like to add/comment on..
Versatile.. you're right about Jade's stance 2 stuff, but lest we not forget her bo stance! THAT, imo, is where jade shines. POWER. 2,3 as a launch, 2,1,u+3 is money and does 42% when done twice. Plus, b+2 is a nice fast mid. Good to mix stance 2 with that(which versatile helped me with :D ) because it's much faster and safer than bo stance.
Now I have to argue for Nwolf. If he is not top tier, he is upper upper upper mid. King of mid, like cyclops in mvc2. lol ive been crushing folks online in tae kwon do.. b+3,3 hits more often than it should, 2 is mid, b+4,4,4(pretty sure u dont have to hit it 3 times, but i always do ) is a good thing to mix with the b+3,3. Plus, his lightning bolt and f,f,4 work wonders together! I can't take credit for coming up w/ that combination as I read it somewhere, but after having used it a lot.. OMG it works nice. lightning bolt, then when they advance, shoulder. u need more subtlety against stronger players, but the vast majority will lose half their life in a given round to just those 2 moves. Nwolf is so stacked, it's crazy.
And as for tiers, I know some greater authorities than I have said differently, but I can say with much confidence it's #1 Shitjunko #2 Liu Kang(who kills brc). Argue that if you will but you're arguing with, not only myself, but Alex Valle, who knows this game pretty f'n well, lemme tell ya.
I dunno, I'm still new to the online scene, but I only think I've encountered 1 guy who I simply couldn't hang with.
Does anyone even read long posts like this? lol

IMO jade's teleport is worthless...just start pressing throw when u see it coming..which is easy i think.

Wow, I finally get my online add for my PS2 and for a solid week I only see about 30 to 60 people online at a time. Has it always been that low or has it twindled away that fast. I mean I almost feel like I tossed 40 bucks for nothing if there is not going to be anyone to play online in a week or two. Sad sad sad.

those 30-60 people are all the people just WAITING for a game.. it does not list who is actually on not in a room, or playing.

Hi everyone.
I've been reading this thread since it started, never posted. I'm a Tekken player primarily and got heavy into this game with my friends here in good old San Diego, California. It was fun for awhile but the game is definately broken and the fags online that complain all day don't help it either...
Just wanted to make a few comments.... Without a doubt I think Bo Rai Cho is #1. His risk/reward is without equal. His safety/damage alone is what makes him more than formidable for anyone out there. Add in a player that can space very well, you got yourself a tough match.
Really close to BRC(Depending on how you play him of course) is Dairou... Those two are the top characters from my experiences and chatting with some of the top players. After BRC and Dairou I'd say Shujinko, Liu Kang, and Scorpion are up there as well... The rest are player specific IMO...
Also to whoever was badmouthing Alex Valle, please just stop, that's hilarious that you make those comments about him. Before you open your mouth know the facts. lol.
Also I'm down to play(Until Tekken 5 comes out later this week/early next), I got a group of friends that play too... All of whom own up the leaderboards on PS2.... So maybe I'll see a few of you online.
XBL GT - SD TEKKEN
PS2 - too many names to list lol.
Also, I am sick and tired of PS2 faggots always complaining about throws all day. I hate that.... Just because you beat them up they claim you have no skill or they accuse you of cheating lol!
Another thing, FU-TOMB/NO3-XBOX/NO-SKILZ on PS2 is hilarious. He claims that Shujinko is anti BRC(Which is hilarious since he can't beat high level BRCs), and after we play him he PMs us telling us to keep it on the DL and not reveal his Shujinko strats... I don't know about ya'll but I don't think I'd wanna tell anyone that f+3 owns Shujinko either hahaha.
Carry on gentlemen.

yeah but the situation is easily rectified, reptilestyle.. just contribute something to get the thread back in the right direction.
If IHMKD posts again, just skip over it and pretend it says nothing, since that what his words are basically worth, anyway.
Good Kobra mixup in kali sticks: b3 mixed with b4 and throw. after his throw, you can get in and do another mixup. Fun shit.
You know what I really hate? When my movement makes special moves come out lol like, for instance, when i'm liu kang and try to dash in then 11.. i get a low fireball lol hate that

I have a better solution. I will be removing the entire conversation that plagues most of page 11. Also, if any of the following users attempt to continue the said conversation again you will be banned: IHateMKD, sbsrk, jetjaguar, YourTrueDaddy.
Let this thread continue as it was before this nonsense began.
Let this thread continue as it was before this nonsense began.
I have a better solution: end the off topic discussion that was transpiring here. I have deleted the entire conversation to preserve the maturity of this thread... and I do not plan to do so again without banning the parties involved. If your username appears on this short list of replies I have deleted, I strongly suggest not continuing this foolishness here or anywhere else on this site:

May this thread continue to provide users with the strategies it promises.

Can you guys cut this shit out? Like the game or not the topic is meant for giving strats and such, not talking shit about whos good at other fighters and whatnot.
Markman, I hope you'll keep MKD around till I get my online play working(just got it back today and im going to try to get down stairs to plug it into the router tomorrow) so we can have a few games. Me and RS talked about tiers yesterday, and while it's definately not 100%, it's looking pretty good so far. There still needs to be a lot of adjustment and trial and error. When I get online im hoping myself,RS and a few other top MK players can test out certain match ups to formulate a list that blows MKDA's one away. I can't wait till T5. Im a big time Hwoarang player, but it sucks cuz Im in NJ, and you know how bad we are at Tekken. However, on an East Coast level im decent..hehe. Where's Leo(Tensaikun) at? That guy was awesome and arguably the best Bob player in the Nation. I hope he's around for T5 to lay down the Hwoarang law.
To get back on track..some Sub strats.
Sub-Zero vs Noob Smoke
This match up i'd say is about 6-4 Noob Smoke's favor, but that's only if you are REALLY good with Sub-Zero. If not, this can be an ugly one. Anyway, the best way to approach this match is to fuck with the NS player's head just as much as he's trying to fuck with yours. Play your game, but be a LOT more hesitant and don't do any retarded set ups like you would against lower tier characters. Be VERY text book. NS players love to abuse the cloud..make them pay for that. When you feel they are going to do one (and trust me, most of the time you have a good idea due to their actions before it and their change in movement.), let go a freeze. Then wait for it to clear up and walk in and punish quick. You can do that or if you're careful, side walk and quickly walk in and punish. Whether you can truly punish or not all depends on at what range they do the cloud, but good NS players don't do it at uber long distances so it's all good. NS players like to walk up after a cloud is out and 50/50 you hoping you block. d+3 them to get them out of your face and out of 50/50 range. If they start low blocking this switch up to b+2. It's best to do this when a clone is out so you are much safer. Do not get too predictable with the clone, for you can eat a telepunch for some big damage. However, if you get too predictable with it, it CAN work to your favor. For if you expect that they expect that you will clone, they will telepunch and then you can then punish them hard. With 50/50 for smoke it's a true bitch when you are on lock down, and way more difficult to get out of than most char's 50/50s. However, you need to be able to read their patterns and be quick with punishing. If they do u+4/3 and you block, punish as quick as possible with either b+2, d+2 into 50/50(if you dont want to risk getting breakered) or a throw. If he does a throw, either punish REALLY fast with d+2 into 50/50(as long as they dont tech back),throw back or d+3. If anyone has any questions about this match up I can most likely help, seeing as how I have the most experience with fighting him, and I also play him myself.
