plug the controller into the second side of the machine, not stand on the second player side, to do the shujinko combo. take the controller out of the first player slot and put it in the second, or if u have 2 controllers, just use the second players controller
that kenshi 56 works 100% of the time in the second controller slot, first controller slot maybe 25% of the time
when u backdash, depending on which side your standing on, say your standing on the first player side, most likely, you want to see the players back to you on screen.. when the match starts, their chest is always out first, when u backdash, then their backs are to you. if u try to do the combo standing on the second player side with their backs facing you, it wont work.
it will work, but depending on the combo, you are limited

combos this pertains to off hand are (inlcuding ones with second controller slot)
1) raiden *first player controller* 112cs13cs43, cs, 112cs11b1
^^ this actually could work standing the same way on either side, but is not consistent, and i dont know why
2) sindels 100% * first player controller * b1, cs, 1, 111, 111, 111, etc
^^ if you stand on the wrong side and are facing the wrong way, the combo will only go up to b1, cs, 1, 111, 11
3) shujinkos 111cs combo * first player controller* u2, db3 db3, cs, 111cs 3x, 144cs
^^ maximum he can do is 3 on first player side, but depending which way you're standing, he will only be able to do 2, INCLUDING the controller glitch, though i have done 3 standing on the opposite side with the second controller
4) liu kang: b2, cs, 11, 11, 113, cs, 11b1 * second player controller *
^^ only works on second players controller, and if u stand the opposite way, the 3 in 113 will always miss, and if u stand the right way, 3 will hit EVERYTIME, has nothing to do with skill man
5) liu kangs 95 * first player controller* 43cs, cs, 113, 113, cs, 11b1, throw
^^ this does work on the second players controller but is much harder for some reason, but pertaining to which side your standing on , he will get more of the lift he needs to keep them up for the whole combo, if u stand ont he wrond side, u wont get past the first 113
theres more, but these are just examples
heres some even more fucked up shit with 2nd player controller glitch.. im not sure if youre aware, but when u use the first players controller, certain combos such as liu kangs 95 onyl work on 3 or 4 characters, even combos like kenshis 56 only works on maybe half the characters, and probably no females
with the second players controller, DOES NOT MATTER the character, they all have the same hitboxes for some reason excluding the females slightly, but i dont know for sure, as ive never done combo on every character, lol
shujinkos 111cs 3x on first controller side only works on 2 characters i believe, dairou and noob smoke. while when the controller is plguged into the second slot, he can do limitless amounts of every game in the game......
this is so screwed up... i hope konqrr makes a vid showing all this.....
yea i recorded that kobra combo yesterday... also talked to konqrr, and we agreed to finally end the combo video once and for all, so i started goign thru all the tapes to find where everything is, i get up to about mayeb 10 minutes into the first tape, and guess what? my vcr is destroyed....... it says i need to clean the heads and it will work again, so lets hope so, cuz i still have things i need to record...

ohhh i finally get what you are saying about that glitch? does this also apply to online play? That second port controller glitch really is quite lame. I will try that jinko combo, i believe i have the skills to do the highest ones with him. Combos come easy to me. So did that ermac combo. i did it in about 10 minutes. Just took me a second to get the L with my buttons correctly. Check i like how you do real combos. I don't like the free throws and glitch stuff. I like legit combos. I find subzero moves fast if you use him well, just not enough player moves for me to really enjoy him. yes it does apply to online, but to a certain extent, i still need to get online later and test the rest out, you definitly move faster and jump faster, but you recover slower, so its really not worth it... better off with player 1

as u can see quest, the thread is quite old, it covers every single combo in the game, but after a while, all that is left are gltich free throws combos, they are purely just for show, and to show off skills and level of concentration for a long period of time, 30 seconds plus.. besides, whats the difference if i do a throw after a 100% combo.. youre already dead, its purely just for show. even combos that do 80 plus, by the time u get them in corner they will have lost half of their life or more, so its really no big deal. free throws are considered legit by any means, as well as an otg, do they belong there? no, is it still legit, and showfull? indeed

yes the glitch is extremly lame, but what can u do? thats just how the game plays, unfortunatly, i almost quit the game after finding it, im completly devastated. it has its advantages and disadvantages, but all in all, its not suppose to be this way, and why is it?? it makes no sense

bro, that jinko combo does not work in the first slot, the highest combo he has in the first slot is around 135% and is extremly hard to do, ive done it once and it took me 2 weeks to do. on the second player slot would take me around 30 seconds. but if u wanna know, the only person i think it works on is noob smoke. if u onyl do one flipkick, it works on a couple characters, but still the easiest being noob smoke, others i believe are dairou, sub zero ( dont recommend it ) or bo rai cho

shit i just did 111cs 6 times on mileena in the second slot, it works for everybody, trust me, dont waste ur time in the first player slot, youll be wasting alot of it

last 3 hits are all off the wall, a fun combo to try too

sub zero is too good in the game, nothing beats clone and d1 in shotokan, everything else really is no good and will get u punished, just stay in shotokan, and bait with 113, 113cs, 3B+1, etc. thats his best stance

ermac is very very fun to play as since his moves are so quick the opponent cannot react fast enough to, his best moves are d1 in choy lee fut, 1 in choy lee fut, 2 in hua chuan, 22, 221, 22cs, d1, , d1 in weapon, ( i hate weapons btw ) overall, a solid character with good 50-60% unbreakable damage

All in all, my fav characters are. Shujinko and BRC a couple others are just about tied for 3rd like Jade, SubZero, Ashrah, Ermac i love doing his combos but i just seem to get my ass beat online when i use ermac. So if you know anymore stratagies, combos, or good 50/50's lemme know. Always up for listening to a good stratagy.

dude i was trying that shujinko 3x 111cs last night, and i tried for like 30 minutes and i could not get it to work, ever. i demand to see the video for it dude.

and im getting a tv tuner today, and it accepts s video in, so my combo videos will look a MILLION times better than they did before. they should look just as good as konqrr's or juggernaut's. i cant wait to show you man.

i found a hack that slows down the animation of the game, and it makes pretty much any combo possible because the delay of any move or combo is much less thant the falling time of the opponnent. im sure konqrr and company already know about this because they used it for thier shujinko bullshit in that video, that jinko combo was fake like you said, they used the slow down animation hack and then they sped up the animation with a video editing program, to make it look real, and then they overlayed music on the video to hide the garbled sound effects.

just discovered a 180% kitana combo... i did this outside of the ring with that ring out glitch, and i had infinite health on player 1, my controller was in socket 2 that i was using. i landed over 10 consecituve 1,4 attacks in eagle claw. i think this is a ring out only combo. i ordered my tuner today and i should have it soon so i can share this with you.

the jade combo is hard man, not hard for me, but hard to understand, you just have to see it

jinkos combo i dont know what the problem is, just do 111cs, cs, cs, 111cs, and so on.

shujinko is really good in the game, brc on the other hand is one of the worst characters in the game, nearly impossible to win with, but all the mroe power to you man, anyoen who can play him at a high level gets my respect.

i like jade, alot, but i liek the way she moves better online for some reason, i dont know what it is, its just better, but she has some good spacing, just nothing she can rely on other than lows

sub zero is great, and fuckin owns, too good, and too fun.

i liked ashrah when i first got the game, but it eventually wore off.. i didn't like her overpoweredness, it just didn't feel right. move wise i didnt like her lows, but since her throw is so good, thatll force you to duck everytime ( I HATE THROWS )

ermac is not very good unless u have serious lag advantage over ur opponent, offline he is fun to use and can move around quickly, but falls into the same catagory as jade, gets a little boring and too risky, depends if u care about winning and all that..

i plan on writing a huge strategy by the end of deception, look out for it, i will reveal all

well if u were trying the jinko combo on the first players controller, then it might be difficult, it depends whether u use 2 flipkicks, im telling you man, dotn do 2 flipkicks and 3 111cs's ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME, it took me 2 weeks and alot of stress to record, DONT DO IT, only works on noob, the way it works on the second is actually how it should fuckin be believe it or not, ive been playing strictly on the second player side, its been very interesting, the sidestep almost feels MKDA ish

do one flipkick on dairou thats who i always use, all u need to remember is the elevate them as high as possible so that the cs part of 111cs barely touches them and they fly off the screen almost i believe AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE, second 111cs hits mid range, third one hits its lowest possible, and thats all there is to it, and of course u can finish it with 144cs

nice stuff with unplayable characters, konqrr sent me a bunch of vids for them a while ago, i really enjoyed them, and want to do them myself. espicially a huge one for kung lao, that would be the sickness.

eventually ill look into it nukes, but i just got my vcr cleaned and im glad it works again, the sound is messy, but its ok, its better than nothing. im acutally gonna get going soon on this post and gather up whats on these tapes and maybe record soem final stuff. and send them tommorow or friday, i want to send them tommorow. but morely i want to get going on them in a couple of minutes

well, what konqrr told me he used for that fake jinko combo was some code for codebreakers that allowed the hitbox to be anywhere or something, i forget, but it was not this hack, although it sounds like it, that glitch is officially yours, never heard of it.

Sup Check... Yeah my girl likes Ashrah, Kira, and Mileena the best. She is pretty good with Ashrah. Ashrah is also a powerhouse, i do like her low moves, it would be nice if she had a good low move like jinko middle stance, down+X or Subzero first stance down+X. I guess she kind of has one in her last stance, Down+A. This is a good combo that i tought my girl with Ashrah... "Kriss" Down,Up+A,Y,Y,L,Y,Y,X,L,Y,Y,A 60% also in the first stance. Up+B B,Y,Y,X,L,Y,Y,A 56% If you know any good Kira or Mileena ones please let me know as i have not messed with them. My girlfriend would be interested.

I got the otg for sindel to work and highest i got was around 80% but i only tried it for about 5mintues. It got old, basically b/c its not something i can use online. I have no friends to play this game with except my g/f so that is why i play online a lot (same sn).

What i have figured out from being here is that i am finally realizing who i do and dont like to fight with online. If i dont like to fight with them online then i am no longer going to worry about that person. So screw Random Select for me. Also, i really only care to learn combos that work online at least 70% percent of the time.

Anyhow, I have figured out that Shujinko, Kabal, Ashrah,SubZero,and Jade are my best characters due to their ability of being able to complete high legit combos online. I will try to 50/50 you first then open up a combo. However i need to improve my sidestepping and stratagies to be more successful at winning.

I have been thinking about getting one for a while. I am an op on an irc channel called #xbox-prime so i know a good bit about how that stuff works. hey man. first, im not using a modchip. i have whats called a 'softmodded' xbox, which means i modded it using SOFTWARE exploits only. its free but kinda complicated. if you want i can walk you through it some day. the free way is harder and requres technical knowledge, there is an easier way if you own a specific game and have an action replay memory card, but it costs money because you have to buy those things!

there is a hacked dashboard for the modded xbox called evolution-x, and with it you can load 'trainers' which is basically a small utility that modifies the game memory, so its like a built in action replay and its all free!

i dont have any online experience but from what i have heard YES you can play with any of these characters online.

sorry again about filefront, but it really is the best file sharing service. you cant beat the unlimited bandwith and downloads. you really cant. direct linking free file hosting has a strict bandwith limit so i cant share my stuff with the world you know?

if you have trouble downloading from filefront, just try another server. when it asks you which server you want to use, if you have problems, try something other than the first one. it works! i promise. i try all the links before i post them and i make sure they work.

i found a wierd glitch with onaga on the falling cliffs level. you see, he is immune to all death traps in any level HOWEVER he seems to be affected by the death trap on the falling cliffs. its really strange, check it out.

also im trying a few different encoding things starting with this file, in theory they should be smaller file size but look almost as good as compared to what i used to use. please tell me what you think. the audio quality is still the same.

i will record the legit realtime li mei 111% sometime today, i think its the highest open air combo on the gamecube, but only 3rd on xbox.i know filefront isnt most ideal, so i uploaded these next videos on a direct linking host, however i cant keep doing this because i have limited bandwith with it, but enjoy it for now.
