MKII gameplay is just ugly...comparitively anyways (to UMK3).

And how can Mileena's sai recharge so quickly? Seems almost instantaneous.

Sai shot charge is 1 second, when you do a sai shot, you instantly release and recharge it, so you have your finger off the button for a fraction of a second, and by the time she fires it, lands, and jumps, she can fire another. Yyou can even do this in UMK3 except she fires it really high and becomes next to worthless. In MKII you can fire an air shot that is lower than the ground one easily.
