Best

Cassie Cage- She is a mix of the of my favorites and I love her spunky attitude. She will most likely be my main.

Kitana- She looks fantastic and fun to play as. She also has Jades moves and Jade was one of my mains last time so.

D'Vorah- She also looks fun and interesting. Kung Lao- He looks awesome. Ill probably play as him a lot.


Worst

Reptile- He is definitely the worst. He looks extremely similar to his MK9 version and just boring.

Ermac- I had high hopes that he would be like his Deception version but I couldnt be more wrong. He looks ugly and is still evil. I also wanted an axe variation.

You mean how well I like the characters so far?

Cassie Cage and Ferra/Torr are the only two I'm iffy about tbh. Everyone else is looking fantastic. I'll still try out Cassie and Ferra/Torr. They'll just be some of the last that I do try.

I'll come back to edit this post in a few months. They most likely saved some of the best for last, and unrevealed Besides Quan.

Its safe to say Kano is a fckng clown at this point. Reminds me of your best friend's wife beating drunk Uncle or something, complete with a eye patch. Who ever thought it was a good idea to have a common street snitch, compete against sorcerers, Gods, and conquerers in a video game is a you know what. This dude is pure ass WIthout that cannonball attack.

Kitana - gameplay and design ... really digging her story, too ...


Worst : Ermac - not a fan of his floating stance , though it's creative, and I think he is a little to much magic oriented in this incarnation ...

Best : Reptile

Worst : Torr (this really a terrible looking character)

I found in almost every kharacter interesting things like Combos or the look. Except two.. Ermac and Cassie. Not impressed after all :)

Now that the subject has changed, I guess I'll wait until I play the game myself.

Best is probably the new characters and the totally revamped characters like Ermac, Raiden and Kano. At this moment, there is no one outright who is the 'worst'. Even the characters who look dull to me like Quan Chi and Reptile (but he could fast become good when we see his variations) look amazing in both design and gameplay.

Wanted to make it more specific since people werent clear on what i was asking but anyways i dont get this? You have to playveverybody to see who you like? You cant simply use the eye-test and see that someone isnt for you?

I was never a fan of Johnny Cage until I played with him in MK9.

So I always give everyone a chance.

When I played the game at FanExpo, I found Kotal Kahn nearly impossible to use... Although I never tried FerraTorr or Kano, they at least look applicable. Kotal Kahn just eluded me in terms of anything applicable to be competitive.

I also am really "whatever" on both Reptile and Ermac. Their designs are spectacular and I love both the characters but Reptile looks incredibly slow on startup and Ermac flying? haha. There will be nearly no use for that, at all.

I know I'm going to get the 10th degree for these picks but they seriously nailed it. Both gameplay and looks, I loved playing as both of these characters. I will however reserve my judgment on D'Vorah. She was so interesting. I just feel like I couldn't crack her.

Yes, I have to play as everyone to see what they are like, especially with the variation system. The "eye test" isn't really good to go by. You actually have to play as the character to see if you like them or not. Watching them through a stream and playing as them are totally two different aspects.

Not everyone is like you and just guess that the character isn't your "cup of tea".

Worst is by far Ermac, he looks awful, and his combat style is very dull looking. Close second is Torr

Am I the only one who diggs Ermac's new look?

Kano looks amazing. And he does have his cannonball attacks, they are his universal moves.

Worst:
Reptile- At least from what we've seen so far his gameplay and design look extremely bland and boring
Ferra/Torr- Great design idea, great gameplay, but Ferra just annoys the crap out of me.

Best: Kotal, Kung Lao, Kano, Scorpion
