Personally, I think he's just having fun, and getting all his Jason excitement out finally now that it is announced. Ed loves his horror, and 80's cult classics altogether. So he's just having fun with Freddy being in MK9, and now Jason in MKX.

Sounds awesome. I doubt it, but I wouldn't mind personally. His best chance of showing up would be Jason's arcade ending, which could be entertaining.

Personally, I hope NRS' next game will be a fighter full of slasher icons. That would be amazing.

I was just joking hahaha there will be another character that's not part of mk anyways. I care more about who the mk characters are and if they will have another dlc pack. I do think most people will be upset if it is Freddy tho. I wonder what rumor was true. The spawn or the predator one or maybe they are both wrong.

I'm just hoping they don't sneak in a freaking third guest character in the next DLC batch(assuming we get one :/)

I'd rather no guests. But since we get them anyway, yes I'd be happy with Freddy because as for as I am concerned, Freddy never was in the game. I do not count that cheap ripoff remake that I have refused to download....even though I had the Pass.

The legacy left behind and still continues of the real classic Freddy Krueger and we get stuck with the cheap knockoff failed one-hit-wonder remake version.

Initially yes, then Boon started kicking up Sweet Tooth speculation. It boiled over into Shaun Himmerick's twitter. People were telling him that he confirmed otherwise, to which he replied..."Things change". I'll attempt dig this up, but its about a month or two back.

I'd be fine with Sweet Tooth and a KI character if they were to do console exclusive. I personally don't see them doing that but if it happened that'd be cool.

Sweet Tooth would be awesome. If exclusives do happen, I'll feel a bit better about pre ordering on both consoles haha.

I just love how characters missed this game because they dont fit the story NRS is trying to tell. So they brought in Jason because he fits the story way better then Baraka, Fujin, Havik, Bo'Rai'Cho, Reiko, and Sektor. This should be the damn DLC list. They left out characters who didn't fit the story but brought in a character who has no idea where the fuck he's even at. Fucking waste right here.

I think it's funny how after Freddy was confirmed & released, everyone was clamouring for Jason. Now he's actually here.

I wouldn't want to see Freddy again though. Once was enough. I liked him a lot in MK9 his fighting style was really varied, and i'll look forward to Jason because he is a good choice of character for guest.

As for FvJ in video game mode, well i don't think that would be such a good idea. Anyone actually remember the movie? Bad. Bad. Terribad. Let's keep them apart and let them shine individually rather than forcing them together again.
