I just downloaded the 3gb patch then and played as Jason finally!! :)

Maybe restart the PS4 or the game and try then.

Again... It would have been nice if they just waited a month to release the game with EVERYTHING included on disk. This is a big reason why I almost just waited until the Komplete Edition came out to buy it. I didn't want to deal with all the hassle, the updates, the downloads... I just wanted to put the disk in and automatically start playing with the full experience.

If everything is included on the disc, then you get fans b*tching about paying for something that is already on the disc. ie. unlockables vs downloadables

The gimmicks are fun for Jason.

But man he's shit when it comes to fighting online lol. I have one one fight as Jason in total because after a round, the gimmicks are worthless. People catch on to his moves/combos/counters and the Unstoppable variant gimmick faaaast.

Okay... so, in regards to the PS4 issue. My mistake was in trying to download from the Kombat Pack screen. Well, I was the dumbass in this case. I had to go to the separate screen for characters and for costumes and download them separately. *facepalm* Oh well, I know better for next time.

For the record, I was checking every section at the PSN/MKX Store and he wasn't there for a while, I started looking this morning and he didn't show up for me until like 3 or 4 o clock so you aren't a dumbass, because for a while there he wasn't in there at all anyway lol

Fair enough, I'm just self deprecating But yeah, basically the way I finally got everything was hitting triangle on the main menu, then hitting R1 to go to the character page, and "purchasing" Jason (I hate that they call it "purchasing", even though it's already paid for). Then R1 again to get to the costumes and "purchasing" the horror skins.

When round 2 comes, I won't be giving my PS4 the evil eye

is anyone else disappointed in his Fatalities?

I'm not, I think they fit the character perfectly :)

While they're not as elaborate, his machete fatality just has so much of an old school horror film vibe to it that it's quite awesome. The dutch angles, the quick zooms, just feels like an 80s horror film

My only problem is his weak design, he plays great but his look somewhat kills it. He should have been more worn, and rotting. I hope, but it's very fuckin doubtful, the DLC characters have alts down the line.

First fatality is great. I'd love to see that kill make it into the next Friday movie.

His second fatality however is kinda random. Looks like one they had planned for Goro and scrapped then gave it to Jason.

His P2 color is a little more ripped up and even has some blood on his pant legs IIRC, the only problem is they put the Part 5 mask on him, which I don't like as much as the regular one since it was only worn by Roy Burns and not Jason lol

P2 has the Roy Burns mask? That's pretty awesome!

I like Roy. He was just as vicious as Jason.

Yep :) Or at least it is in Slasher. I liked Roy too, I probably would have went insane if somebody massacred my child as well, but still, he's no Jason ;)
