Forced to go to work now. Sucks. Really wanted to try Jason out at least once before work. I already felt a little cheated paying $30 for this dlc compared to the full game priced and now I cannot even access it. Oh well.

I'm getting sick of this crap. If something is supposed to be available, it should be available. So they release the mobile app, but not in yanno... the USA. They release Jason early... except only to XBox owners.

Wonder what the deal is though, he says give it a few hours and I have been randomly checking in since like 9 AM...its 2PM now lol

As predicted I am having the same issues. I don't even have any of the horror skins and it says everything is updated. Smh, fucking mess.

How do you manually update your game? Someone asked that on the other page but no one replied. Come on, let's help each other out.

You can't manually update the game. An update is pushed when the game knows there's one.

What I'm thinking is that there are a lot of servers to control all the different PSN and WBPlay connections and they're not all synced up yet.

To give you an idea, where I work we have 3 servers to manage the loads on our website. If there's too many people connected to a server it sends the next user to a different server. If we roll out an update they won't be updated at the same time and people connected to the first server will see the changes first.

In the time of Kombat Packs, always online, over the air updates and millions and millions of people connected at once, I wouldn't be surprised if this was a similar case.

What I did was hold the ps4 button, go to power options, and select restart ps4. The dlc was available after that. Hope it works for you as well.

Mmk restarted 3 different times, checked for updates- nothing. I'm just going to let this work itself out and try later on.

Wow Jason and the 3 skins have been downloaded. I have the skins but where the F is Jason on the fighter select screen. Hopefully when I'm off work this will all be over with.

Just checked the store and they were finally there!!! I had to download Jason and the horror pack separately though (Both still free) and the horror pack showed up immediately but Jason did not, so not sure what the deal is since both were apparently downloaded and installed. I restarted my console and everything. I guess it might take a little while for Jason to show up?

I don't have Jason or the horror skins. What the hell is going on? I even downloaded and installed Jason from PSN store and restarted my game. What is happening?

Same thing happened to be, he is downloaded and installed, and I can tell he is actually installed because I can now actually view his model in all 3 variations, taunt and all his finishers in the character viewer thing, but he just wont show up on the actual character select screen and I restarted like 5 times.

The horror skins showed up though, I just tested out Vampress Mileena against Kraken Reptile just to see what they look like in game.

Tim Static over at TYM said he rebooted his PS4, and Jason was selectable. I was able to purchase and use him just now after doing just that. :) (Also, make sure you've actually installed the file after completing the purchase process. :P)

This happened to me but, eventually, a file was sent which installed automatically. This had the select screen updated.
You'll have to be patient.

Just check again and he was finally there :) He is awesome, his P2 colors are bad ass as well

I just now rebooted my PS4 and Jason is there now, hope this helps.

Of course all is well when I have to be at work in 30 minutes lol.

Well, I got a 3+ gig update, downloaded, installed... got the updated character select screen with Jason saying "coming soon". Still no playable Jason. Still no horror costume pack
