I'd take Khrome over Tremor or C/Khameleon.

C/Khameleon should be forgotten completely. The only reason they were created was because mortal kombat needed a character that could mimic other character's moves. Which was a popular trend in fighting games.

Character's such as Charade in Soul Calibur, Mokujin in Tekken

Nearly every fighting game has explored this type of character.

IMO it is a complete waste of a roster spot. Why have it?

- Reptile - Out of the batch, I'd peg him as the one most likely to be replaced by a surprise relative. I've said it before: I think we'll get A Reptile, just not THE Reptile we're used to.

- Ermac - Has proven extremely popular of late. I'd call it likely.

- Noob Saibot - I'm going to say probably not, at least, not as we know him (and no, that may not have anything to do with the Bi-Han as Sub theories). His death brought imagery of permanent destruction or alteration.

- Smoke - Outside chance. I can't think of any real reason for him to come back and contribute to the overall plot, but we could see him and Kuai Liang journey back from the Netherrealm or working under Quan Chi.

If Reptile is indeed replaced by another "reptile" then it will only be a means to an end. By that I mean; NRS will successfully take away any and all affiliation with "Reptile" being a ninja. He will just become a Saurian creature that can wear any garb they see fit and will not need to be bound to a mask.

I can honestly see that happening. And I will be deeply upset because the reason I like Reptile so much is that he is a reptilian ninja.

Ermac- yeah pretty much

Noob- I can see that happening

Smoke- What is interesting about smoke is that in this time line he has no future. He can literally be anything and everything NRS wants him to be. Whether that is a human, a human demon, a resurrected human, completely dead and we never see him again, or something else entirely

Cham and Kham have been created because developers wanted introduce some new characters for the new games / ports, even if they novelty was rather questionable.

Khameleon already has an intriguing story. All she needs is a badass redesign and original moves and she's good to go. Problem solved.

As for "Tremor" and "Khrome"....no. I think an earth based warrior could be cool, but not as a ninja. MK has moved past that.

Boon never responded to my tweet about wanting Tanya and Reiko. I even showed him my fanart with them, but oh well, the man probably gets thousands of tweets every day from fans demanding all sorts of crap, so it's understandable that he wouldn't respond to me either.

I can relate. After several attempts I finally gave up.

He's responded to one of my tweets and it was a tweet in praise of Raidens reveal trailer. He has ignored all of my pleas for reptile haha. So I've stopped.

But yes, this response by him is definitely warranted.
