But yeah at this point my best guess is that Reptile is included. Ermac might be DLC because he'd sell like crazy. And contrary to popular belief on this site, I think that the picture that was recently released of scarecrow Ermac being confirmed as just fan art by someone on the dev team is a bad sign for Ermac. Maybe im just a worrying fanboy but that would be weird to release a picture of a character before releasing them outright. Tremor miiiight be DLC also, I really hope he makes the cut somehow.

But yeah as a fan of the ninja like characters I'm happy with whatever i can get. Think Noob has a better chance than Smoke tho since he helped with Shinnok and Quan Chi, but sadly don't feel like their chances are all that great regardless. :(

And Rain was confirmed to not be DLC in MKX, so there is still a shred of hope he makes it into the original roster, but yeah as much as I like him I'm not holding my breath.

Flame me all u want, but I still don't think Rain is deconfirmed. LoL. We couldn't hear the question asked to Boon in that interview. But his answer implied Rain won't be DLC. I try very hard to read between the lines with TrollMaster Boon. I'm not a huge Rain fan by any means, Im just very cautious of anything he says. U could almost see him pause and think out his answers before he gives them (on any subject)

Ermac was just voted the fan-fav here at MKO. Which makes me think he will be DLC. I kno that generally sounds stupid at first, but look at it from a business standpoint. We literally showed WB who they would make the most money off of. LoL.

Noob Saibot was my favorite character, even before the Bi-Han twist in MK6. Scorpion's Noob-ish variation does scare me, but I feel Noob is just too badass not to be included. He's Boon spelled backwards for crying out loud. LoL

I feel like Reptile is a shoe-in. He has the Klassic status, and esp with that Ninja Turtle silhouette on the select screen. But what scares me is that Baraka was chosen over him to be in MKvDC.

Smoke is the only 1 I don't see making it to MKX, even as DLC. He is the hardest of the ninjas to think of 3 different variations. Plus his storyline is the least interesting (IMO of course). I Love Smoke but I just don't c it :(

They traditionally considered to be cyberninjas, not the usual kind. Their human alts were just there for the story and novelty purposes, but they main representation in the games are their cyberforms.

Reptile and Ermac have the best chances. With Noob being a DLC character. Noob just has to be in the game, I just don't expect him on the regular roster.

You really are overestimating Ermac's selling power. He may be a huge fan favorite, or MKO favorite, but how many casuals/ people who only played MK1-3 would spend their money on him? There's a reason Freddy was the best selling DLC character in MK9, and the MK fanboys were boiling about his inclusion.

Ermac is better off as an initial character.

I think tremor and chameleon have a 99% chance to make the final cut.

I also think cyborg subzero will likely return to his role as well.

I don't think ermac or reptile or noob will be playable, that's pretty obvious tho.

Khrome is actually a VERY cool concept for a character. That ability would be awesome for gameplay! Could make his arms into weapons, or defensive blockades.
