Things we want in MK7 (read this ed boon...)
Post things that you would like to see in MK7 so THE MK TEAM can see what we want since they "visit mkonline alot".
#1 SUPER UNLOCKABLES -- yah i thing they got the point already but i want these to be literally super unlockable so we dont know about them the day after the game is out.... and make them good super unlockables..
#2 ANIMALITIES/OTHER FATALITIES -- a positive of MKD is that they had 3 fatalities which was cool because i was down when DA only had 1... fatalities define MK.
#3 BETTER LADDERS -- remember the old games....
#4 MORE NINJAS -- preferably these be the SUs like rain or human smoke
#5 PUZZLE KOMBAT AND ONLINE -- I liked these things alot.

a better fighting system where characters concentrate more on the use of their powers/weapons.
interactive arenas that can damage you during a fight.

a cool looking boss that doesn't just yell during the final battle.

I like your list, and here's what I'd add:
1)The Krypt of course, can't get enough of that
2)Konquest (like MK:D's but different character)
3)Chess, and
4)Test your Might/Sight
5)2 disks like the MK:D Collectors edtion (Arcade port of MK2??)

4. Ditch a lot of the filler/stereotype charecters. If you're going to have an American Kung-Fu guy use Johnny Cage, we don't need Kobra. Same goes for Jax and Darrius...And if I see Jax as a homie or another costume like Darrius' alternate in a fighting game I'm gonna flip. Enough with the stereotypes!!
5. Give us a new lead charecter. I'm sick of Liu Kang, and even though Scorpion is my favorite he shouldn't be the one the game revolves around. Ain't it about time Kung Lao stepped up into that roll?
6. Pick a main villian and run with it again! Stop with the "Shao Kahn, now Shinnock, now Quan Chi and Shang Tsung, now Onaga" crap. Pick one and keep it at that.
7. Why is it always Earthrealm that is on the defensive? Let's change it up.
8. A slightly improved Konquest. It's ok right now, but it does have it's flaws.
9. More Test your Might! I like Puzzle Kombat a lot, but I would like to have seen Test your Might again.

I stated this before, but I'll post it here
Bring back a modified version of the Agressor bar from MK Trilogy. Have it build up as you attack, but add to what it's able to do. For example:
- use it for breakers (1 level breaks) You'll actually have to EARN breakers.
- use it for cancels (1 level cancels) 2 buttons cause the cancel, and combos can be repeated or ended with specials when canceled.
- use it for potential super moves, and possibly super fatalities (2 levels for supers, 1 for super fatals)
- or use it like the old Agressor bar (tap all 4 buttons to start a timer and the bar goes down - the more of the bar you have, the longer the agressor mode lasts)
To keep things from getting cheap, you can only use 1 agressor per combo. You can't cancel, then do a super in the same sequence, or cancel multiple times, or do a super/cancel in agressor mode. This will cut down on the abusable combos.

plus more special moves. I was disappointed that Hotaru only had 2.
New and more unique fighting styles.
Don't add a lot of new characters, bring back the classics.

-i think that unless a character has already had that fighting style in a previous mk, DO NOT give current or new (or classic) characters old fighting styles or special moves, seriously each character should be original
-and make it more difficult to unlock everything, especially characters.
-and bring back tag and three on three matches, those were the best.
-also bring back the tournament mode
- finally i think that a few months after the game comes out in all the countries (whenever the hell it does) release an expansion pack (simillar to the dynasy warriors extreme legends pack) with more characters to unlock, more stages and basicly more everything, to keep the fans interseted in the game for longer.

-Ditch the 3 hits and its done juggle system
-Multiple throws for characters
-Ditch infinites
-Breakers should be earned, and they should do damage, and open up a possibility of a combo of your own.
-Agressor Meters that give you various benefits, such as breakers and cancels (But knowing Boon, he'd just make one and use it too make a flashy special move).
Story Related:
-Make Kung Lao the hero
-Kill off:
Shujinko
Liu Kang (He had a good run)
Johnny Cage
EVERY NEW CHARACTER INTRODUCED IN MK4 AND MKDA (Except for certain exceptions)
-Don't make Scorpion the hero. Just because he's your favorite character doesn't mean he has to go from hellspawned evil spectre to all around good guy.

-Make the fatalities better. Not just rip off/explsions. BE CREATIVE
-Bring back brutalities, but make them cooler
-A fatality meter. The more big combos and special moves you do, it will go up to 3 levels. Each level has its own fatality at the Finish Him Screen, each one progressively cooler and gorier. As based on this chart
Level 1:Quich Stuff: Neck Snaps, Decapitations, etc. (DA Fatals)
Level 2: Cooler Stuff: Multiple Breakage, Splitting in Half,etc.
Level 3: HOLY CRAP! DID HE JUST DO THAT?!: Dismemberments, Ugly Explosions, etc.
-Get rid of Hari-Kiris or make them more interesting.

Catagories will include: Stun Moves, Projectile Moves, Teleport Moves, and Misc(ie moves done with the body: Leg Grab, Cork Screw Kick, Torpedo etc.). Misc will be the more common type moves and will be the cheapest to buy. From this category two moves will be able to be obtained if desired. You WILL be able to mix and match ANY 3 fighting styles of your choosing. Whether it be two open hand and a weapon (norm) or two weapons and one open hand, or even three weapons. Also you will be able to choose three different throws: One done from the front, one done from behind, and one done in Weapon stance. And you can choose two Fatalities and One Hara Kiri (sp?) To further expand on this, as unlockable secrets: A few UNIQUE never before seen specials can be unlocked, same with Fatalities and HKs. Anyway this is what I'm hoping for most of all.
Konquest: Ok, this mode wasn't BAD. However it could definitely do with improving. How bout making more random fights? What I mean is, say you cross the path of Mileena....well her first meeting will be training you of course..however if you revisit that realm, being that she is an evil character, why not have her attack the hero, you know? Attack him/her on her own, with out having to initiate it. It would add to the experience and make it more difficult if you are constantly attacked by characters when spotted (like in normal RPG's you are attacked without warning sometimes and have to fight. I mean come on, you really think that you're just gonna be able to keep passing a Takartan Warrior or Shoa Kahn and there will be no consequence unless you talk to them? Hardly, they are EVIL they would attack for no reason. Not just stand around minding their own business..well not all the time anyway. OF course the option of running away will be presented to you too (if you don't think you can take said character at the current time.) Also, make some of the missions more elaborate. It just seemed the Konquest was about running around mostly. It got kind of boring after a while.
Bring back Chess mode, definitely my fave new feature.

Plz drop Dairou in a black hole never to return.
Characters to return: Add a Shokan back into the series AS PLAYABLE. I would prefer either Kintaro or Sheeva. Kintaro being the one I want most. Add Sareena to the playable cast. Make Kahn Playable. Bring back: Shang, Quan, Sonya, Nitara, and Kitana.
Larger Arenas and more death traps. Though very well done in MKD, the arenas felt very small, even with the multi-tiering. The DA arenas felt much bigger than those found in MKD.

No super unlockable shit neither. I want to play people that know how to play Ermac well, not where to find his alternate outfits.
Maybe if they eliminated all those mini games and crap they'd spend more time on making the game FULLY three dimensional, with various stuns, parrys, counters, and have time to think about how sad the juggle system is at the moment.
Jax would be a bonus too.
Here's an idea (as an alternitive to my no 3 styles thing listed below) - the 3 styles ( 2 open hand and 1 weapons style) could be kept, but be activated automatically depending on foot positioning. For example, open foot position could see a character using crane, while closed foot position would have them automatically switch to snake. A button could be pressed to switch your characters foot position, thus switching stlyes, but also switching the styles of your opponent at the same time (because of the change in foot positioning), making for a nice constant offensive/defensive game, and really forcing people to know the characters they're using.
Perhaps this is asking too much, but I really think it could work. I dunno, maybe it's more of a martial arts/fighting sim type thing rather than the kind of piss easy shit the fans are used to, but hey, you don't want to be cheesed out online? You want balance? Then learn to advance and expand.
Other things I DON'T want...
-A created character system. Total waste of time. I don't want to be fighting the same character over and over with a different name, because once the best moves are discovered, that's all you're going to get, unless you're playing scrubs.
-Deathtraps. A really shitty way to lose a match. I dunno, I guess I could just turn them off.
-The same engine.
-Blockable throws, and unescapable throws, with exceptions of course.
-More than 2 fatalities per character, because when you have 54 tonnes of finishing moves, they become a novelty, and aren't worth doing. This would also prevent 'falling-construction-materials-alities' or whatever the hell else they think would be funny.
-Liu Kang, and on that note, Quan Chi.
-Team characters ala Noob-Smoke.
-3 styles per character. One open hand style is enough if used properly. Weapons could be pulled from within this style with the tap of a button, and relplaced just as easily. I'd have the weapons at least loosely related to the martial art too (tai chi = sword, ninjitsu = claws etc etc).
-More than 3 special moves per character. The less, the better, as long as they're actually functional.

I say have ALL the characters that way none will be left behind, keep chess,konquest, ect. Make a Create a Character option i think that would be cool, possibly even a Create a Stage option. Make either kung lao, scorpion, or sub zero the hero.
