Cassie has shadow powers, clearly, and shadow powers are unique to Johnny's familial line. Neither Kano nor Sonya has that capability.
Like it or not, Cassie
is pretty much guaranteed to be Johnny's child. Whether or not Kano has had sexual contact (forced or consensual) with Sonya is a whole other issue.
