It definitely sounds like someone is being dismembered and torn open. I think we got our first actual glimpse of one in the last MK comic. It doesn't sound like someone being punched a trillion times, but it does sound brutal in its own way.

For everyone saying this was too short, dont you realize this was a 6 Hit combo for every letter of "BRUTAL"? Most likely it gonna be longer if you want and they just did a 6 Hit combo to go synchro with spelling the word "BRUTAL".

Remember that last time it also sounded like this (pool of blood / something falling in water or blood) which ended up being the head put in the body and ripped out. This sounds even more gross so I think we will really some gut wrenching stuff. It definitely sounds like something gets gutted open / ripped off and the one who is punching is inside someone's guts. You also hear some bones. In the end he / she pulls something out.

Sounds nasty.

On the note of sound effects, I remember in one of those behind-the-scenes Rain videos, the SFX guys were using chopped vegetables, various drinks, and pasta sauce (all in one bucket) to simulate splashing and bubbling. Clever.

Interesting...I wonder what the Brutalities will be like this time around.

This could actually be the tail end of the finisher with like 20 hits preceding it.
