Sonya & Cage: Who gets to live??

I think it is unlikely that Sonya Blade and Johnny Cage are both going to be in this game, especially with Cassie. It just wouldn't make sense to have three characters with similar moves and limited variations that represent their personalities. I mean, Cassie already has the "Hollywood" (Johnny) and "Spec Ops" (Sonya) variations.

Maybe ONE of them will make it into the game but I think at least one (or maybe both) of these characters has to die to give Cassie what she needs to step up as an Earthrealm hero. I know it's a little "dramatic", but I have a feeling mommy or daddy is going to bite the dust.

So, who do YOU think deserves to live and who gets to die??

I'm not sure why the Hollywood and Spec Ops variations stop Johnny and Sonya from being in when neither gives Cassie their movesets.

I'd be immensely surprised if both weren't playable. And it's not like being playable doesn't stop one of them from dying.

Neither "has" to die to give Cassie anything, revenge has been done to death in this series and is such a lazy motivation. Can't she just have both of them around.

I'm not even going to talk about the whole "Cassie plays a bit like Sonya/Johnny so both should be excluded" thing as many many other posters have brought up why it's so asinine in far more detail than I'm willing to go into.

Yes,death is a primary factor in this series, but I'm sure a character can go more than two games before kicking the bucket.

Look at the komik books.... it all speaks for itself, I don't think I have to remind anyone of the fact that Sonya Blade is a boss. lol

Kotal Kahn is probably intimidated and jealous of the legendary Sonya Blade.

I prefer Sonya but I also always liked Johnny Cage. I would personally be happy to see both of these kharakters in MKX.

Hopefully both die and cassie lives! She kills two birds with one stone absolutey no point for either johnny or Sonya to be playable in this game! Story mode definitely but not playable time to bury those I think!

And cassie does need a death or something to make her step up to hero status at the moment she appears to be a spoilt brat a good loss of he parents will really garden her up and elevate her to the level of toughness Sonya used to be at!!
