This game feels empty without smoke :(
I really gave it a fair shit & tried to like it......after the first week I already put it down & I was hyped as fuck. I paid for the kombat pack and haven't even taken the time to dl jason. We NEED smoke. NRS has no clue what they are doing. Boon even got attacked a few times in that link lol.

The franchise record breaking sales and millions and millions of games played online are a big proof of this statement. Clearly the inclusion of Smoke could have saved this game. Alas, the game will probably be dead by mid-june. :(

I totally agree. But I really expected his revenant "Enenra" incarnation to play like an amalgam of Noob and Smoke's abilities. Noob-Smoke was one of my favorites.

I'm not upset he was cut simply because he was as equally needless as Jade. I do feel bad for Shadaloo, though.

After the kombat pack, I think we can assume any further possible DLC will be the 3 fightable characters from Story Mode (and maybe Frost? He model looked much more "finished" than Lei Mei or Sareena's. It seems really obvious Scorpion was intended to fight Frost there instead of Subs.) and they aren't considering any further DLC till 2016.

Then it will depend on how long MKX stays on the top seller lists. Otherwise they'll put everything into their next game. Personally I hope DLC gives this game a long shelf life.

Smoke/Enenra will Smoke everyone out in 2019 just wait and see.

Thanks God the next kombat pack highly possibly include Queen Sindel ,Rain,Bqraka and a cameo only character like Sareena,Fujin and Frost or maybe Reiko ? Who knows?

Why do people keep hoping for DLC miracles to save the roster? It ain't gonna happen, suck it up, accept it, and hope that MK 11 will be good again. I miss a lot of characters and have whined about it enough now.
