I'm sure NRS is highly aware that the community wants the character to basically be an "Earthbender". If there's anything NRS can do right, is create an elemental ninja and make them work...They're not going to fuck him up. He's going to do more than ground pound if he becomes a serious full-fledged character.

Hard to say if its bullshit or legit, either way it clearly says test footage so its very early prototype design probably from a few years ago.
He could have had a dozen redesigns since then or been cut from the game completely.

I didn't say he had to reply, and I already knew he doesn't have to.

Everyone knows he doesn't reply to everything because it would be impossible for him to considering the amount of tweets each day he must get.

My point was that when it comes to alleged leaks Boon usually responds if the alleged leak is complete crap; if it's not BS then he doesn't respond at all or makes a post that leaves people guessing- therefor if it was tweeted to him, depending on if he didn't tweet or tweeted something non-committal then people would have more of an idea of whether this is more likely or less likely to be fake.

It's a fake, if it were on twitter then google would have cached it and it's reverse image search would show the image. Unfortunately, the only domain that has had that image cached is imgur.

Because people are fame hungry and love attention, especially when it comes to leaks. That's the whole reason video game leaks happen in giant waves as they do, because people want recognition for their finds. The fact that this just sat around for 2 days without anyone posted it (nor the guy who uploaded it) just screams fake to me.

Glad to see it was decomfirmed. That modelling/texture work was horrible to look at and looked nothing like anything in MKX that we've been shown.
