Reason why I have to bring this up is that we all pretty much know all the surviving Earth characters (ie Raiden, Sonya, Johnny) are making a comeback and by the teaser at the end of the story mode that Quan Chi is coming back as well.

All of these characters also have great opportunity to be re-made 10x better than they were before. I'm very interested in seeing all of them be re-introduced to us much better this time around. They're all either mediocre characters that got decent fan reception despite being mediocre, or, they are the characters that have great concepts, but got shafted for whatever reasons. I think their spaces to improve are kinda obvious, so I don't think I'll explain them right now...maybe later.

I'd also like to see one or more of these characters get a shot in the next game as well:

1. Drahmin - his back story was interesting but nothing else about him was. Coincidentally (I suppose), his back-story was set-up to receive the story persona that Ermac got in this latest MK9....a missed opportunity iMo.

2. Mavado - I think he has the potential to appeal to a different kind of MK fan than me. Not sure exactly who but, from my perspective, I never paid any attention to him. None of his costumes were wells designed, his story wasn't interesting, and his moves where bad. idk...

3. Hotaru - I think if they put more into showing us his very cynical, "law and order" stricken disposition and perspective on things, more people would appreciate this character. I would recommend they make it more apparent through his moves as well. (user Chrome is part of the fuel for my opinion on Hotaru)

4. Shujinko - Still think we should probably see him running around behind the scenes somewhere. Maybe in a more interactive konquest mode. Although, I'm still a huge fan of, and believe we should be using our own created character as the main focus of this type of mode.

5. Hsu Hao - "Frankenstien" (got this idea from user Mick_Lucifer)

6. Ashrah - I'd like to see her "coming out" of her demon state at whatever point. She should probably start looking like the Ashrah that we know from MKD but, still be on her way to becoming purified.

7. Li Mei - Never liked this character, but I respect her ambition for being in the game. She should probably be higher up my list for that reason but, like I said, I don't like her. Her look, moves, and the fact that she's really just another "avenge the death of..." character is a turn off to me.

8. Nitara - I like her but, I almost hate her look. I want to see a more practical lore based vampire. Take the wings off of her until she does something like an x-ray move or better, a fatality. Let the "demon" reveal itself in a more grand fashion. She looks stupid as is. Her moves suck right now too. Vampires have special moves without spitting blood, for example. I'm kinda glad to see Skarlett take blood moves from Nitara for that reason. Alot of Nitara's moves should probably have alot to do with super-human agility, regeneration, and super-human strength....as just an idea.

9. Havik - He is actually alot higher on my list. I just wanna see him back, with alot more insanity than before. Go all out. Try different languages, random behaviors, and more vicious and complex double crossings.

10. Onaga - Don't think we should see him yet, but I believe we should probably start hearing about him.

I would like Sonya,Jade,shinook,reptile,Rain,Cyrax,and Sektor.Off Topic Doesn't Rieko look alot like Rain?,i think that they will use Rieko as a brother character to Rain as a future character.If i could choose a secret character to make.I would choose to make a monster that lived in the Dead Pool,you could see him swimming under the acid every 500 matches that you win at the Dead Pool.And if you win 1000 matches at the Dead pool you can fight him,and unlock him if you beat him. Your wins would count both in single and Multiplayer.But no matter what he would be at difficulty hard,so you can't use the options menu to make him easy to beat.

For me I would like to see the following characters:

1. Frost - with a unique moveset that sets herself apart from Sub-Zero. I would also like for her to have her as an exiled member of the Shirai Ryu.
And her costume can where she wears a traditional sleeveless gi with a moderate sized fitting black sash where the drappings hang down in the front to about mid-thigh level. She could have a ballooning hakama in blue to match the rest of her costume and finally a set of royal blue sleeveless undergarments to provide a cover for neck and chest region of skin exposure. She then could have black wrists and shin guards for protection in hand to hand combat scenarios. I can post ideas for her movesets if one needs me to expound on the ideas for her character.

2. Bo' Rai Cho - as a in-shape Shaolin Abbot or monk from the Temple and again he would have complete and unique moveset that sets himself apart from the rest of the already established roster. He can also wear an accented beaded necklace offer up a surprised attack against his opponents.

3. FuJin - I don't know if Fujin is supposed to be a Japanese mythical god or a Chinese mythical wind god. Some clarity would give me more confidence in what defines this character. But ideas I had for him would be that he'd wear a traditional Manchurian robe with a sleeveless vest over the upper torso in white or creme colored sequence. And then he could have a moderately fitting sash around his waist underneath the vest, to where the drappings can hang down like flag football ribbons over his backside like in the old school kung fu flicks. Again I think he should have a unique moveset that embodies the wind properties of his character's definition.

4. Kai - I think Kai should embody the ability to manipulate fire with a completely new and unique moveset and should wear a traditional sleeveless red gi and traditional pants accessorized with tight-knitted gloves and foot pads in black. His hair can be clean cut instead of filled with braids. And finally, he could have a sleeveless undergarment to cover up his taco meat chest hair. He could look very similar to Ken from Street Fighter except have undergarments and the flaps of his gi would tightly overlap his chest region blocking it from skin exposure.

5. Shinnok - I think Shinnok can wear a traditional robe that drapes down to his ankles over a traditional long sleeved gi and he could wear his hairstyle in a old school style like in the older kung fu flicks similar to Fu Jin or Kung Lao in MK: DA. He can have a look similar to the old Shang Tsung in MK1 except in the robe like garments, he could have a set of fully grown jet black hair without the receeding hairline. And I also think that he should have a revamped move set but also be considered to be a boss of some of the harder upper echelon destiny ladders such as Veteran, Expert, Mogul and Master.

6. Hsu Hao - I think can ultilize his chest amulet as a part of revamping his unique moveset for the next game and then he could also have a series of grappling moves or something to amplify his character even more. I kind of liked his original render in that he kind of went for the military look. I think that should be kept the same but as far as his movesets...they could use some enhancements.

7. Mavado - I think Mavado can be a member of the Black Dragon Org. with a long sleeved leather fabric material to where his sleeveless can extend into long fine, and sharpened wiring like stunt wiring for action flicks. He could have a similar moveset to the character in the movie "Shinobi: Heart Under Blade"...the very gothic looking ninja character in the rivaling clans. I think this could enhance his movesets more and more to make his character more original than just the hook swords and robes coming out of his sleeves.

Note with all ideas and suggestions there are more elaborate ideas to back up the suggestions that could be posted in more detail to describe what's being talked about in the posted messages. But that's my two cents.
