I think his chances is 100% but he won't be revealed until much much later. They want us to keep guessing on the identity of this Sub-Zero.

Bi Han has been in every main MK Game(whether as Sub Zero, Noob Saibot and playable or non playable). So i'm pretty sure he will be on the main roster or DLC.

Yeah he is almost as iconic to the series as subzero and scorpion in my opinion barley missing a game even scorpion sat out MK3. The question of who sub zero is in this one is interesting one though I like many others think he may be bi Han which poses an interesting obstacle for Noob as he is bi Han. I know there is nothing concrete to say that sub is bi Han in this and there is convincing arguments both for and against but I think the significance of Noob being thrown into the soulnado in the last game is to much to ignore if he just comes back as regular Noob/bi Han and subzero is kuai Laing that would seem a bit pointless.

I have the theory that the soulnado split Noob into two halves with the good side coming out as sub zero/bi Han now purified and ready to be earths champion and the evil side coming out as Noob as his own entity. But who knows I guess we will find out soon enough

Gameplay wise, he would make the most sense out of the remaining ninjas: Tremor, Rain, Smoke & Noob. You could do so much with him, like have a shadow variation where his shadow appears behind him at all times and he uses it for special moves. Then another could be a quickness stealth variation where it focuses on dashes, coming up from behind, the ground, the air and the ability to hide in black spaces he creates (like Raiden's bolts). There's probably another one or two that you can come up with for him.

He will be in MKX but as Sub-Zero Bi-Han.

I love me some noob saibot. He is on the top of my list for hopeful returnees now that Reptile and Ermac have been announced.

He is one of the few characters that has yet to receive their own thread on here, it is about time.

Noobs moveset would look absolutely badass on next gen. NRS did a great job with incorporating his shadow in mk9 and now they can take it to an even greater level in mkx.

Fingers crossed and ever hopeful that noob will be in as at least a dlc option.

Doesn't Scorpion have Noob's clone move? Not saying that deconfirms Noob, but it's a possibility.

Either way, Noob returning or not returning would both be okay with me. Though if Bi-Han doesn't return as either Noob or Sub-Zero, we'd be missing intro opportunities with Scorpion.

If Noob returns I hope it is the team-up of Noob-Smoke.

Yeah this is what im hoping for. I think it would be pretty cool if the Soulnado ripped out the evil/tainted part of Bi-Han's soul and it became its own being.

Noob is nowhere near as iconic as Sub or Scorp. He's definitely popular but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

If by chance he does return as Sub, I think it would be cool if they integrated a few of his Noob moved with his Sub moves. Logically he wouldn't have dark wraith powers anymore, but I assume he wouldn't forget what he learned as a hellspawn. Frozen ninja stars would be interesting. Just my opinion.

I probably like a total of about 5 characters from the entire MK series, and Noob is one of them. After the butchering of Ermac and the absolute joke of a "ninja" he's turned into, Noob is officially my favorite ninja of the entire series. I loved almost everything about him in MK9 - I say "almost" because I was a bit bummed his ninja stars was not included as part of his specials. Other than that minor lapse, Noob was a total win in my books.

Noob was muh boii back in the Trilogy days. Him and Rain were my best characters. Broken, meh, but still amazingly fun.

Personally, I'd like to have all 7 of the beloved "ninjas". But of all the 7, I think Noob might be the one I want the least.

I wasn't big on his MK9 gameplay and it really put a damper on how I felt about him. I still love Noob, but I just hope that if he's included, he'll be revamped moveset wise. I just didn't find his gameplay all that fun.

Ermac wasn't turned into a ninja, Ermac started out as a "ninja" and has actually slowly strayed away from the typical "ninja" look over the years. MKX Ermac isn't really ninjaish at all IMO

Oh and I liked the idea somebody said about Bi-han retaining his memory and knowledge of when he was Noob. if Bi-Han returns as SZ him using Ice shurikens would be sick.

Noob Saibot is my 3rd favorite character, behind Rain and Reiko. I really hope he returns in MKX. The variation system is perfect for him.

I rewatched the MK9 story where Noob gets kicked into the Soulnado. IMO, It actually looks like it could have made him MORE powerful. He turned the entire soulnado purple. Maybe he turned all of those souls into an army of shadow wraiths?

I'd definitely rather Noob be his usual Shadow-Ninja self, but I like the idea somebody mentioned of the the soulnado "cleansing" Bi-Han and making him a good guy. I'd accept this. I'll even add to it. Remember in the last timeline when Scorpion was thrown into the soulnado? It took him to the realm of the Elder Gods and they made him their champion. What if this happens to Noob Saibot? If this were the case, I think it would be tight if he became a WHITE ninja and had Light powers (Sort of like a mixture of Ashrah and the god Apollo). Ed Boon did have that tweet "Define NEW" answering a question about a new ninja in MKX.

I don't see how Noob Saibot doesn't get in, simply because his powers are unique and a great showcase of technology. Ideas should be racing at NRS for what could be done with Noob.
