I'm hoping hes in. He's my main in all games he's been in. Except for Noob-smoke. I'm one of the few that didn't like the duo. Hoping he became the big bad if he's not playable, but I still have faith he will be included as more than just NPC.

Face it: Noob Saibot is dead. Or at least "Noob Saibot" from MK9. His moveset was cannibalized by at least several different characters and Kustom Kombat. Even if he is to return he won't have the same gameplay as in MK9.

On the other hand, I'll welcome return of the Bi-Han with open arms.
