He ain't in the game

Noob's arguably the strangest exclusion IMO: In a game where family relationships are given the highlight,you would think,after all the trouble they went through bringing Liang back to being human,Saibot would actually be in the game,as his own character,interacting with his younger brother(after all,they even had a fight in MK9). NOPE.
Of course,it's also possible he's the hidden character,or a possible DLC(thus,intentionally excluded from the main roster and the initial batch of DLC),I mean,after all,Boon's still teasing him(hell,he has teased Noob quite a lot,even after the reveal that Sub is Liang) but you never know with Boon,like,remember that time he posted about a Jaded(something,can't remember well),in other words,a blatant Jade hint? well,we got Jade...well,her staff and glaive.

Here's a little bit of hope for you. Not much since it wasn't a definitive answer but better than nothing.

Say what you will but Noob is definately the biggest name charcater to not be mentioned at all and it is a bit strange. Jade has been deconfirmed, smoke, rain, kabal, nighwolf, Cyrax all mentioned as assists and story mode appearances but no Noob not in the comic not in the game nothing it is very strange.

Hopefully it means he is going to be a super secret character in the game! Or the boss!

Is it konfirmed that the part in story mode when he goes to the soulnado is canon ? I mean I prefer his arcade ending to be true where he is on the throne! So he was hidden fighter, then playable, then a motherfucking sub-boss. Maybe he is the boss or he is the super secret character which would be ultra stupid because we need new secret characters like Nimbus Terafux or whatever the hell was his name.

Uh.....I'm pretty positive in saying Story Mode is 100% canon and the endings are just what ifs that may allude to things for the future but they amount to less than what they did before the reboot.

& I hope they just erase Bi-Han from existence & have Forrest Fox as Noob instead.

If he can't be Sub-Zero, then he might as well just disappear for good.

That is not hope that he will appear in the game. I tweeted him a while ago about Ashrah, Havik and a few other characters and he said they will show up sooner or later if we keep supporting the comics like that. Shawn has no say in who appears in the game, just the comics.

Yeh I'm really surprised about no Noob mention. Also surprised about no Robot mention yet. So I'm hoping for a Noob/Smoke, one Robot with Cyrax & Sektor variations, and two post MK3 characters for DLC.

I thought scorpion was saved from the soulnado. Who would want to save noob. Also Johnny kinda well u know. All he has now is his portals in which quanchi kinda uses more now.

Johnny having the stunt double does not deconfirm NoobSaibot. Noob did not have shadow moves in MKA or in MK4. NRS could build an entire moveset, 3 variations, with no shadow clones.

It's also weird that with a game heavily based on factions, we have only ONE BOS member. Noob being part of BOS, and not in the game would be very odd.

Trust me, I wont be mad. LoL. I was merely stating that Noob only had a shadow clone in TWO of the 8 games he was included in. You can come up with a dozen other special moves for him.

I do believe Noob will be one of the secret-unlockable characters. I'm hoping for Reiko to be the other (obviously. LoL)
