This is my idea 4t he new game and id love hear ur thoughts.

Keep vs and arcade mode coz there the foundation of mk with all the characters avaliable but 4 konquest mode u should b a kreated kharacter. A new warrior choose ur side at the start if u wanna fight 4 good or evil. Do missions through out 4 good or evil like raiden, shao khan and onaga with the choice at any time to betray them u start off as a lowly warrior but u fight ur way through and up the rankings with the ultimate goal 2 represent either good or evil in the mk tournament at the end. Throughout the game you could meet characters and train with them learningtheirspecial moves or enhancing them to create ur own powers.

This is my idea plz let me know what u think

I actually really like that idea. It is just a way of creating a character for yourself, but having some sort of reward in it.

Generally good idea I think. Although I'd have to change a couple things, and connect a few other things.

I've had this sort of idea for a long time now to where, we'd create a character and go through konquest mode as a Mortal Kombat contestant. You'd experience the MK contest 1st-hand that way, piecing together the story as you go through it, as well as having to battle at certain points throughout the mode. Just like you would if you were simply watching the contest or something.

This guarantees that you'll run into all sorts of characters, and it ties you into the conflict of the games' story.

The neat part is taking your character online, because there's the opportunity for hooking up with other players for co-op or multi-player situations. All unique characters, perpetually playing different online modes and so on for experience points and currency so that you may continually have the option of bettering your created character.

This of course would allow us the opportunity to create our own "clans", and associate, or disassociate ourselves with those clans at will. There could even be limitations to a clan, like "only 8-10 people allowed in"...."clans that have a brand (like a logo or something)...ect This allows for ranks and whatnot because the most experienced player in your clan should naturally be the strongest, or most powerful, or whatever.

It'd be fun to see "Test Your Might" challenges wherein, the leader of your clan has to defend his rank for leadership against some other new member in the clan too. But maybe that's too much. It could be more intuitive than that as well. Like say one day, you're the leader based on points, money, experience or whatever. And although you remain in your clan of choice, someone else can absolutely "take your rank" by simply playing the game more than you, and getting more points and money than you....(has won more than you, has performed more fatalities, mercy's, hara kiri's than you...) or whatever.

There's alot of options to this sort of thing, especially once we get online, but there's a few ideas. In the end, they might connect all this by allowing us to actually use the experience points on stuff like special powers, or training lessons. Money should probably be used on things like wardrobe, or weaponry based on things that we have done with our experience points. Because it doesn't make sense to be able to use a weapon, or wear certain clothing without first being trained to use the weapon, martial arts style, or special move first.

So yea, use the experience points to train for something = to get more experience at something. Use money to buy things that you trained to be able to use. If I wanna use a fireball, first I gotta go get some experience points, then I gotta go see a sensei, and use my experience points to make him/her train me in "the art of chi usage" (for instance). Once I'm done with training, I have the rite to use a fireball, but I might have to buy it, fire-retarded clothing, or a fire-based weapon in order to be able to use my fireball ability effectively. See? Connect the dots.

Play arcade mode, or Konquest mode, or go online and play any one of those modes to get different types of points to continually improve my kreated kharacter. All the while getting story and experiencing the gameplay.

*all smiles then*

i think it should be like jenko said but u should also be able to set the characters costumes as u want them.

ex. if u want the dark raiden go to options and save it as primary.
or if u want the good raiden do the same thing.
