Well, I was thinking of a guest star function like SC2 or SSBB and Mario & Sonic at the Olympics.

KI 3 and MK 8 would be better - but if if the next MK is VS I prefer it to be VS KI.
All the other games are lame.

This will only happen if it's a 360 exclusive, as Microsoft owns Rare, who owns the rights to KI. Midway is traditionally a multi-platform publisher, so I doubt you'll get your wish.

I personally hope the next game ISN'T a versus game, as they're usually only cool for about 5 minutes... except X-Men Versus Street Fighter--that's the only exception in my mind.

It's the only two games that makes sense enough to create a versus, and I really would like to see it happen. I wanna see Jax and Combo go at it, Sub-Zero and Glacius trade Ice Lances at eachother, Cinder and Blaze go flame for flame, Nightwolf and Thunder's battle of the Tomahawks, Sonya and Orchid's fight over authority, and Sektor, Cyrax and Smoke try to take on Fulgore. Then there's the left-over match ups, like Reptile vs Riptor (battle of the mutants) Spinal vs Scorpion (battle of the undead), Maya vs Kitana (battle of the princesses) Jago vs Liu Kang (battle of the Champions), and the Shokan race, (Sheeva, Goro and Kintaro) try to take on Gargos the Gargoyle for an epic battle of Supremacy.

There is no other game that the story of Mortal Kombat will collide better with, and there is honestly no better grudge match-ups, and the brutality should be the most brutal of them all, as well as the most fatalistic.

Due to what little popularity KI has left, Midway wouldn't allow it. May I suggest: Mortal Kombat vs Tekken, Mortal Kombat vs X-Men, or Mortal Kombat vs Soul Calibur?

MK will never have a Versus game with other fighting franchise.

they could have a guest appearance from someone from another game like..B. Orchid from Killer Instinct...this would actually not be a bad idea. Kinda like Unreal Championship 2 had Raiden.

Use KI Characters for a GUEST function for MK8 on the 360!!!

I don't see what's so hard about giving that a shot. MK8 for the 360 will get Combo, Jago, Glacius, Gargos and Orchid. MK8 for the PS3 will get Jin, Heihachi, Yoshimitsu and Kazuya. MK8 for the Wii...Grey Fox, Solid Snake and Liquid Snake.
