correct me if im wrong but didnt thoughs characters get captured and are slaves and liu might not be dead theres this thing called third degree burns but im sure raiden will send in a force to rescue them and its possible for the elder gods to bring back ppl to life cuz he made that promise to scorpion till he ruined it

Well first of all I think Raiden was lying through his teeth when he told Scorpion he could have the Elder Gods bring the Shirai Ryu back. The whole story revolved around Raiden manipulating the others to achieve his desired result...a serious abuse of power if you ask me. Now it has always seemed to me that the Elder Gods have little personal stake in the fate of any realm because if they did they would've shut down Shao Kahn the second he got the inkling to conquer everything. Having said that they do probably understand that maintaining balance is good for their own self-preservation. So who's to say they may not appoint Fujin to somehow hit the undo button as far as Raiden screwing the pooch goes. I'm sure they guessed that with all the good guys dead that doesn't bode well for that balance thing.Whatever happens I don't believe this is the end of our heroes...AN end but not THE end. And there's always Ermac...if they decide to make it that Ermac contains the soul of Jerrod canon that could factor into some outcome. From what we gather Jerrod was a good guy who just might sway Ermac to do some good. And for that matter we know eventually Scorpion breaks Quan Chi's puppet strings as well...Scorpion also could play a huge role in the outcome of the next MK.

Konquest is,you know like(MK A or MK 9) and Story Mode is where you actually enter the tournament of MK.So if you are on the semi finals you had to win the fight before semi finals to get to semi finals,so if you win the semi finals move on to the finals.So that is the difference between Konquest and Story Mode

I just wonder will the next MK be on next gen systems, or will we get one last treat on the current gen?
I do miss playing in the arcade, tho.

I think they have yet to show us some characters potential sometime during this gen but if the story is to be revamped instead of a close imitation of MK4/DA and follow ups, i doubt this will be released for current gen.

Who knows though? I would feel better if a part of the 30+ characters that weren't in MK9 could show before the end of this gen, just to get me back in the spectacle for good or just for show but that is me.

Please let Sub-Zero's and Noob Saibot's arcade ending be canon :D

look i know every one says no one stays dead for ever wich is true half the characters have died god knows how many times through out the game and yes they some how come alive wich is grate and yes am glad scopian never died cos he is my frave :). but the hole idear of having ermac going around to try and save every ones sole is kind of dumb for a start ermac is evil and dosnt give a dam about any one he is a ton of soles bean curopted by shaokhan and to be quite honest i dont want another going around fighting people story mode like armageden or deception that got boring fast if they made it so there was new fighters grate or the elder gods braught back some of the surving champians back then also grate i could live with that and if any one will go around trying to kill quan chi it will be scorpian he hates him for what he did to him and his family and i realy hope they keep making mk games

I just got a new idea:for the konquest so what if you could go any where you want because if you couldn't than it would be just like the other MK games nothing to interesting.And maybe multiple ways one prize one death,+ maybe gear:Sub-Zero ' amulet advantage 10% more Water + Ice special attacks.And more mini games like 1.Test your speed: like a trap comes instantly and you have to depend on your reflex to press a certain button, the higher the level is faster the trap comes. 2.fort/castle attack:it's like a your character has a fort/castle and their own character has their own weapons and life:Kitana 200 life 1.fans 30 damage lift 10 damage.

I would love to see more characters and I've thought of bios for a few.

Reiko: Reiko served as a general in Shinnok's war against the heavens and was thought to have died in the battle. It turns out that he had survived and had even enlisted in Kahn's army under a different alias. He played his part perfectly and now has defected and taken a few outworld warriors under his command and turned on Mileena and Outworld. He will claim outworld in the name of the Fallen Elder God! Long live Shinnok!

Kai: Once a member of the White Lotus Society Kai traveled the major regions of Asia to perfect his martial arts and gain better training. He then traveled to America where it was rumored that the MK Champion had last been seen. In hopes to learn from a great warrior Kai began his search. He was soon ambushed by the netherrealm demons known as Drahmin and Moloch. Kai was saved by the God of Wind Fujin. He then told Kai of the events of Mortal Kombat and the destruction caused by the merging. He also told him that many had died including the one he had sought out, Liu Kang, and earthrealm was in dire need if heroes. Kai accepted Fujins offer and vowed to defend earthrealm in the name of his fallen white lotus members Kung Lao and Liu Kang.

Fujin: after the death and destruction that came with the merging of realms, raoden sought out the God of Wind. He told him that he was to e his successor.

TEST YOUR RIGHT - In the middle of arcade mode, you will have this mini game where you have to fight a random character, but super strong and fast (like extreme uppercut regain, or Overpowered), and then you will have to test your right to stay in the mortal kombat competition.

My guess is Shinnok's and Quan Chi's duo is the boss - similar to Noob Smoke (thought both of them playable as separate characters), sub boss is Onaga (timeline has changed, so Shinnok resurrected him).

Raiden: Having stopped the menace of Shao Kahn the elder Gods give him a choice, he can ascend or stay on earth as protector of Earthrealm. He stays but fears that Liu Kang is right. Afraid that he will fail earth he seeks out Fujin in hopes that he will serve as Earthrealms successor.

Liu Kang: (DLC) Enraged by the merging of the realms Liu Kang serves as a vigilante and pledges himself to the Red Dragon Clan.there he hopes to serve earth and hunt down the God of Thunder. He moves up te ranks and becomes mavados right hand man.

Noob: An idea just popped into my head it's just an idea bit still. Here goes......
Having been in the soulnado caused a split in Noobs consciousness. His body was split and two beings emerged from the void. Noob Saibot awakens in chaos realm with no memory of how he got there his memory stops at his reawakening in Netherrealm. He learns the way of chaos and returns to Shinnok and Quan chi with intent of becoming ruler no matter the cost.

Havik: The cleric of Chaos found the specter noob laid out in the wastelands of chaos realm. He had seen him fly through the sky having been flung out of the sky. His entrance was pure chaos and Havik new that he had to teach him the ways of chaos. He enlisted Noob as his High Preist of Chaos and sent him back to Netherrealm fueled by hate and greed, the perfect components to start a chaotic revolution.

Sub-Zero: Bi-Han awakens at the foot of a temple dedicated to a long dead race. He has no memories of how he arrived there, and he feels as if he has been missing for a while. He enters the temple and learns of hi heritage. He also remembers the tasks he committed as an assassin for the Lin Keui. Afraid that he failed his mission he confronted Sektor. He narrowly escaped the soules assassin and has now become a target. He seeks out Raiden for protection and closure

Scorpion: He senses that Noob Saibot is no longer himself Something happened to him in the soulnado. He confronts him and Noob tells him the truth of his family and clan. He agrees to help Noob overthrow Quan chi but he will be the one finish off the sorcerer. He does not trust noob however and he feels that the creature he is allied with is no longer human, but a full wraith of hell.

Sareena: she noticed immediately that Bi-Han was different when Noob returned from the Soulnado, there was no trace of his former self. She tries to learn of his wears outs and he won't budge. She pledges herself to whatever his cause maybe in hopes if learning the truth. She has now vowed to serve future Lord Saibot.

Ya know. Having Liu be a part of the Red Dragon can boost the clan's story. At least he'll be neutral and will reunite with his friends.

You know actually MK 10 should be focusing on the minor characters,not like Sub - Zero like Bi - Han,Skarlet,so next game it'll be even then they can add new characters. + they should add the elder gods as bosses in konquest

I would want Shinnok to already know that he holds a fake amulet and not the real one since Quan Chi took it from him. I wanna see Quan Chi dead.

OK people,I still hate noob saibot,if I told you that.Why?It's because actually he's Bi-Han.Any way I think there shold be a sister of scorpion,and she should be the main rival of Frost.And no more cyber subzero,no one likes Cyrax or Sektor because their robots,so who whoud like Cyber Subzero? Liu Kang is too original,so he have a weapon,or else it's gonna be too much like street fighter.And it shold have some romace,like a child of Liu Kang and Kitana,and then both kitana and liu kang should die,so that way they can begin some sort of the character change process.One more thing,Freddy Kruger,he should have what Smoke has,like he can go inside a person than kill them,no not to make him go inside a persons dreams,what are we in,la la land?

I have a theory, what if while Raiden is attempting to save the fallen heroes from the Netherrealm, Shinnok captures him and corrupts him? Sending him on an onslaught killing anybody and everybody. This would allow both Shujinko and Ermac to have a massive role in the next game as Shujinko goes to stop Raiden and ultimately face Shinnok while Ermac faces Quan Chi and the others. Quan CHi being his usual self, lets his minions do the work and engage Ermac in a fight. This is where his Deception ending could and would be applied.

That's just one of my theories of how 10 could possibly play out.

You hat Noob Saibot because he's Bi-Han? That makes absolutely no sense. That's like saying you hate Spider-man because he's Peter Parker. Do you you hate Bi-Han, or do you would you rather Noob be someone else? If so, explain why.

I hate him because Bi - Han wasn't evil,so I liked him but as you know in MK 2012 he was dead and Quanchi brought him back as Noob Saibot as an evil character,and since he is evil and the brother of Sub-Zero (Tundra) ,and since I'm a fan of Subzero(Tundra) ,it makes me feel like Sub-Zero is evil like Quanchi,although he is a bit,BUT NOT THAT MUCH!!!!

You know at the end of MK 10 story mode, Quanchi was talking to Shinnok,and I'm sick of S. Kanh and S. Tsung so why not Shinnok were to kill them both and take over Outworld and MK 11, S. Kahn came back (again),and so does Onaga,so 3 people fight for Out World, an the winner is Onaga,but all the other characters come out,so it would be a free for all rumble,and the winner of that is...Striker! No just kidding,it's ,well can you guess?It's K....s Hint:The dots mean the other words,there are 4 dots!
