Now classic outfits? Sure, go nuts. They are what they are and history shouldn't be changed in that regard. But just because Milleena's evil or is more sexual or whatever, that doesn't make her fighting in a bra, panties and thigh high boots sound any less ridiculous.
But for both the men and the women, there are cooler things that could be done; more details, more little things that could give them more of a complete and unique look. I think that can enhance the game's look as a whole. Maybe not a lot, but every little bit helps.

Mortal Kombat is not a fashion show, it's a fighting game. However, since it has gone to a MG rating...I guess it wouldn't hurt for the females to have less revealing costumes.
On another note, they better do something good with MEAT. Give him costumes and awesome moves and kickass fatalities. Also he needs to be in the cast as a selectable character.

I wouldn't mind seeing Motaro as a sub-boss in ladder, choose your destiny or call it whatever you want, even giving him a big role to play in story mode. I know he's dead, that Raiden killed him in story mode. But hey Quan Chi can bring his pony ass back! Badder and better than ever... The Shokans had their chance in MK9, now it's time to give Centaurs their spotlight in MKX. NRS owes Motaro to MK fans, this is their chance to redeem themselves by showing Motaro in full glory, as a badass HD, 4-legged Centaur on the new PS4 engine.

It did during Armageddon, so why wouldn't created characters be usable if they decide to bring it back?

Hopefully, they DO have the abilities to make this character come into the light again as a sub-boss. As long as they don't make him frustratingly annoying like they did with all of the bosses in 2011 with an easy predictable move set that could be beaten by spamming crap like crazy, I'd be fine with him returning.

Everyone should have an equal chance of winning. The only difference should be someone who's played a game a lot longer than someone new to the game, should be more experienced. Also unlockable characters cannot be used for tournaments. So it's better to not have unlockable characters from a casual friendly and tournament friendly point of view.
