I think Sonya and Cassie are enough. We have two blondes, two redheads, 8 dark...DARK brunettes, and three white haired girls. It's pretty diverse.

an evil blonde babe would be nice! the male characters could use more diversity with hair colors too, Stryker is the only guy with blonde hair in a roster of 60+! they've never had a ginger male either, a woman with crazy pink/purple hair would be new to MK, Street Fighters poison is a good example of how having a unique hair color can make a character that much more iconic. a woman with an afro could be interesting!

The black hair does indeed dominate the roster, but so does it in real life. Black hair is just alot more common.
