This. Not to get too far off topic but people take him way too seriously. He's not homophobic, it's a stage persona. It's an act. He throws around the f word with the same ease he throws around bitch, asshole, ect as a means to get under peoples skin. It's what he does. And the fact he's stayed so true to his form of art without straying too far due to his mainstream success is incredibly likeable to me. If he was involved in MKX, even with just a soundtrack, I wouldn't complain one bit. The guy is a legend, he's a nice dude and a great father. Honestly, a way better pick than Wiz Khalifa if they had to go with rap at all for promotional purposes.

I still say WB should just buy the damn rights to The Immortals track since its what everyone associates with MK anyway and hell, I fire it up on my iTunes whenever I'm playing MK9 to pump myself up all the time.

Exactly. I'm a huge fan of hip-hop and all of its sub-genres, but the radio mainly plays dumbed down shit, which makes it seem like all hip-hop is like that when its not.
