It hasn't even been a year, the game is far from dying. I think the only one in my list of Do not wants that will make it in will be Sindel. Which is fine but I would've much rather have had Sareena.

Oh and Bo Rai Cho no, Mavado no, Kobra no.

Cyrax would be a great addition. I'd love to know what has been up to. Maybe Sektor killed him following MK9. In the old timeline he was saved from the mind control by Jax and Sonya and joined the Outerworld Agency to thank them. I expected a similar story this time around, maybe Sub-Zero sparing him while claiming the Lin Kuei and bringing him back to the special forces to see if they could help him.

I really think Mavado should come back. I know he died in the comics but I love how he looks and his weapon gimmick. He was my favorite in the new Deadly Alliance guys.

Would Cyrax be Human again, like Sub-Zero?

It's not like he was reformed completely like Sub-Zero was.

Dream KP2 characters:

1. Reiko - Fuck the comics. He's in high demand. Deliver him to us already.
2. Noob Saibot - Best ninja ever.
3. Shang Tsung - Best villain ever.
4. There's going to be a female character for sure. So I am going to go with Sindel please.

I really hope they bite the bullet and give us two female characters for once. Sindel is my favorite character in MK, obviously, but Li Mei and Sareena both deserve a shot in a newer game.

In a perfect world where money wasn't the end goal (ha ha ha) I'd love to see Rain as a free kombat pack bonus to circumvent the 'no repeat DLC promise', and then the fourth slot could go to one of those ladies. Li Mei's my preference, because I loved her new design, but Sareena would be great too.

This would be a great pack would rather sub the female for havik or smoke but that isn't going to happen! Unfortunately neither is this pack I think reiko is going to remain a great comic charcater and nothing more, Shang will be saved for the next game with all the endings featuring him it would be a bit anticlimactic for him to make his glorious return as a late DLC entrant. Noob is possible due to his popularity and the fact he would sell as good if not better then any other character but on the other hand his potential moves seem to be already handed out to other characters. But I still hope he will make an appearance.

They won't do two female characters because they always sell so poorly compared to the men

Just saying, I was on almost every forum for the entire lead up to MKX and Sindel really wasn't requested at all, but my memory may be cloudy.

It would be nice for them to put in Havik or Reiko because of the comics but I don't see it happening. A realistic list for me would be

Rain
Cyrax or Smoke
Li Mei/Sareena/Sindel

People have complained about not having a Cyborg in the game, Rain is one of the most requested characters, Smoke as well, and the female is up in the air at this point. Baraka could also be a contender but idk. I don't think that they're going to just do Rain/Sindel/Baraka, feels way too obvious, and them keeping it secret this long would be a terrible hype killer.

I saw a lot of excitement about Sindel on Twitter and other social media after the Story Trailer when her revenant model was seen for the first time. She's not as popular as her daughters (and Jade) by any stretch, but she has a pretty big cosplay and fanart following etc.

NRS seems fond of Sindel as a character, too -- Boon's commented on her being the most powerful female, they gave her that big abattoir sequence in the MK9 story, etc. (Frankly I think she was a lot MORE popular before MK9, so if it was meant to be a spotlight perhaps it backfired.)

It wasn't her fault, guys! Quan Chi made her do it!! :(

Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if Baraka or Sindel sat out, but it just seems like a waste not to use these fightable models they already made.

Fuck it, they should just put all the characters that were in the comics and revenants and kombatants that had cameos in the game in the KP2. Not 3 or 4 just all of them

The term "Kombat Pack 1" is meaningless without "Kombat Pack 2". Why would one put 1 after KP, if they're not planning KP2?

Is it a "conclusive HINT"? Yes.

Is it a "conclusive ARGUMENT"? No. But still it's a solid one.

I honestly don't want a Kombat Pack 2. I now think MKX with the current roster and Kombat Pack 1 jell together quite nicely (sans guests). Save all the others for the next game where they can be throughly expanded on in story mode, instead of being tacked on half way through the games release, which many people have most likely finished playing with. I don't think it's worth it anymore, I've come to love the roster and feel it's pretty perfect. The only wish I have, is more stages. Let's get the ball rolling for the follow up.

There's room for guys who cameo'd in the story or weren't seen since MK9. I'd agree to not bring back Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn or any 3D era guys that could be major players next time.

But there's nothing wrong with having the story mode guys. They're part of the current story.

Boon tweeted about the proposed Nightmare on Elm Street remake. My guess is, we'll be getting Freddy as another guest.

I can't believe Fujin wouldn't be included, either. If they do more, I would guess those come from the story mode.

Oh, and if we don't get Mokap, I riot. If we can get Tremor from an idiotic Twitter hashag, we can do it for the orb-wielder, too! #FilmTheMokap.

Idk why but I feel like the dlc characters won't make it into MK11 and I want to see characters like Havik/Shang/Noob involved in the story.

I'd be fine getting Freddy again as a guest as long as it was the REAL classic Freddy and not the hybrid version from MK9. However, I'd still prefer more MK than more guests.
