Incredibly odd. Really makes me wonder just how exactly story mode is gonna play out cause if the only villains you fight are Mileena, Quan and the revenants over and over it's gonna get really repetitive. At the moment it doesnt really make much sense to fight Kotal's gang as at least as far as we know, they're all seemingly neutral to Cassie's bunch unless Sonya does something in the comics to really turn them hostile against Earthrealmers. I kinda hope if they do a second round of DLC, we get a poll so hopefully some of those 3D era characters can make it in since I'm almost certain the first round will be more MK9 guys.

didnt you say that Reiko may be playable but not straight from the box?

I'm of full belief they'll do a second set of DLC. I'd hope it's another 4 rather than just 2 more, especially with the 2 guest characters limiting things as it is. I'm expecting the 2 characters in the Kombat Pack to be Cyrax and Smoke, or possibly Kabal, so another 2-4 at least would be nice in order to get Fujin, Reiko, Tanya, and Bo/Havik.

It's just strange altogether for sure. Perhaps the story will make more sense out of it all, and we just don't know all the contributing factors.

Maybe DLC, if i did it may have been in haste, I was getting 50 questions every 10 minutes and got frustrated with repetitiveness
