I'm a gametester at NRS too. booN told me it's ok to confirm Tremor, Goro and Noob Saibot for the next stream. They be showing brutalities and all variations of them. We're going to get all them x-rays too.

I seriously hope that's not the roster.....would be very disappointed if it is. Hoping to see smoke, noob, rain, sindel, barraca, and cyrax. I've always HATED. Johnny Cage and Sonya and Jax. If all 3 take up the precious slots that are left I won't be happy. The normal human characters are boring. The only choice that could have been worse would be stryker.

While the source is lol worthy, the actual roster is very likely. I don't think it's 100% but it's close. Thanks to the comics, interviews and the "Next" trailer we've pretty much known these characters have a very big shot of being in for the last few months now.

It seems likely although I would like to have seen Reiko in there somewhere. Unless he I'll be DLC with Goro .

Which to be honest, is completely boring and yawn worthy. I mean, I'm all for the new characters and I'm all for my boy Kenshi, but IF, and thats an IF, this roster is accidentally accurate, then lame.

I mean, for example;

MK4/Gold had 6 from MK1, 6 from MK2, 3 from MK3 and 7 newcomers.

DA had 6 from MK1, 5 from MK2, 1 from MK3, 1 from MK4 and 9 newcomers.

Deception had 4 from MK1, 2 from MK2, 7 from MK3 era, 1 from MK4, 3 from MKDA and 8 newcomers.

They've always been good about having at least 1 representative from each prior game in their roster despite the collective/rebooted games. I'd hate for them to drop that tradition now. I have faith they won't leave that tradition behind.

Why do people believe this? It's so obvious that anyone could've come to that conclusion since most of those appear in the comic / are hinted at and are obvious classic characters.

I do not believe for one second there won't be at least 2 new ones who have not even appeared in the comics, since the game will take place over a span of 25 years! A lot can happen, so for all characters to be known be now would be foolish. We're now just getting to the part where Kotal Kahn tries to get control of the realms.

I'm sorry but even if this is just a roster prediction, it's looking pretty legit.

This is not the list. You might as well call it MK: Special Reunion Fucking Forces 2. And I'll say this again and again; no cyborgs (Sektor/Cyrax/Smoke) in the initial roster will not happen. And for the love of God, STOP assuming the roster contains 24 characters because it doesn't.

Not sure if true. This seems like it's just taking everybody from the comic who's already soft confirmed.

I feel like this list is just an educated guess that someone is passing off as a 'leak'. However, I fully believe all these characters will be in the game ( although I'm not sure Kung Jin will be the bow character, but let's just roll with it for now). It's been pretty much confirmed that the roster we've seen since E3 is NOT the final roster and there will be around 30 characters at launch, so there is plenty chance we will see a lot more characters. I believe the roster will go like this;

That's 24, so seeing as I think Shinnok won't be playable, that leaves six characters to turn up on the roster.

That leaves us with 30 characters that gives the majority of people their favourites and gives a very open window to DLC. People need to calm down with 'Character X is wasting a slot for my favourite Character Y'. EVERYONE in this game will be there for a reason. No one will be wasting spots and the only way they ever will is if they do nothing in story mode, like Sheeva, Baraka ect., but that probably won't happen. This wasting slots bullshit is stupid and people need to realise that there will be more than 24 slots on the roster. Some people need to also realise that their favourites might not make it in and may have to learn to deal with it, but given this site that'll never happen.

I strongly believe that we will get a TON of DLC for this game very well after its release, so eventually everyone (unless you're a Hsu Hao/Meat/Mokap fan or something) will see their favorites turn up at some point.

Think about it. The game is going to have a LIVING TOWER that will be consistently updated with new stuff, even one of them by the HOUR. This suggests that NRS will have a team working on this game well after its been out. That said there's no way we won't be seeing more stages, skins KHARACTERS and that sort of thing.

NRS is putting a lot of hard work into this game.

Hey new to MKO....wouldn't mind this roster at all. However I do feel like big opportunities would be missed with Fujin,Tanya, Bo,and Havik. If this roster is legit then I would hope those characters would be DLC.....probably being optimistic though.
