Interesting Idea about Noob Saibot and Reiko

He is only a character because Noob was hard to see on some stages lol.

Reikos story fucking blows lol. There was pretty much no reason for him to be in MK4 or MKA. Shitty character imo

That explains a lot. If only I knew that when I played MK4. It always occured to me that he was just tacked on to the game. He had hardly any backstory. He featured in none of the other characters's endings and no characters were in his ending, if you can call it an ending. He looked a lot like Noob Saibot and even shared his fighting stance and had his teleport. What annoys me most is that Noob Saibot was relegated to a secret character so we never got find out more about him.

Reiko is his own character.
When the brotherhood of shadow founder escaped to outworld, (MKDA) they was left leaderless. Noob and Reiko then had brief contention over who was deputy in the brotherhood of shadow, for obscure reasons. The faction did not know this was to do with neutral and good developing in the circle, in the culminating stages. The two became mixed up in some type of misogynistic disagreement over females roles in the group. In due course, Reiko and Noob was forced into negotiation because of circumstances. They came to terms with one another in the name of there unholy, elder god incarnate, and went separate ways.

another potential idea, Well I was reading the thread about Quan Chi and Kano's partnership, what if Noob Saibot was a part of the reasons of the split, and this does count bit of a shout out to MK3 where Noob Saibot is a Shadow pallete swap of Kano, so what if Noob Saibot messed with Kano and somehow caused the split.
A reference to MK4, in how Noob Saibot and Reiko "shared" moves, game mechanic wise, Noob Saibot becomes a blend of Reiko, Kano, Scorpion and Sub Zero comes to special abilities and variations.
Of course, I do see that Reiko is the military wing of the Brotherhood of the Shadow and Noob Saibot is the intelligence wing of the Brotherhood of the Shadow.
