That Scorpion character development back peddling is most concerning. That would easily be the stupidest fucking decision NRS has made to date ( if it proves to be correct).

Why would you build up your poster boy so much just to backtrack? That makes no god damn sense. So i'm thinking certain aspects of the leak are fake just to keep everyone on their toes.

It's an interesting tweet. He could just be being Boon, but that's a hell of an instigating thing to say in that context. Could be read either way though, such as "Even if there aren't 3D characters, there are a lot of OTHER characters to enjoy" or "There are so many characters and so few spots."

I'd say not likely. The roster is kind of NO DUHH at this point, although until I see the front of Fujin's head and his boots there's still a chance for him in my book, and a chance Liu Kang won't be in (at least the initial release).

The alternate costumes seem cool but still unlikely. The story mode deaths seem completely bogus to me. And there's absolutely no evidence to lead me to conclude that this is anything more than an educated guess with just enough wishful thinking and a hint of believable stupidity. But if I see it I'll believe it.

Not saying this is true but I'm pretty sure MKDA skin means his main, not his alt, seeing as an "urban" outfit is also listed. Pretty sure he also said a lot of what he posted is mostly the stuff unlocked on disc, not all the stuff you get from the mobile game hence why Klassic Kitana, Farmer Jax and Injustice Scorpion are missing.

That said, I'm still gonna remain skeptical. All of this any one of us could've come up with.

It's just common sense mixed with maybe some inside info, but also a lot of guessing and just downright inconsistencies and lies.

Some of those costumes Im so happy about. Especially the Deadly Alliance Kung Lao, Deception Sub Zero. I hope Kitana gets her Deadly Alliance one as her Assassin costume. She is already confirmed as having a classic one from the mobile to main game and Shingu alternate too.
