None taken. I just used Kobra as an example, because he is probably the most disliked character in all of MK.

Realistically, there's only about 10 characters that have any sort of shot at showing up from the 3d era: Shinnok, Fujin, Tanya, Bo Rai Cho, Kenshi, Li Mei, Sareena, Reiko, Frost and Havik.

Out of those 10, odds are that less than half of them will make it.
Frost runs into the "female sub-zero" problem, so she's most likely out.
Reiko seems like cannon fodder in the comic, so he's out.
Sareena has been axed from the game three times now...no reason to expect them to include her this time around.
Fujin is unlikely due to other characters borrowing his moves, and no new appearance in the comic.
Without an Edenia to betray, Tanya is pretty irrelevant. She's the number one person I want to see return, but realistically, she's out.

That leaves five, and out of those, I really only expect to see Shinnok, Kenshi, and Bo Rai Cho. I don't know what they're doing with Chaosrealm or the denizens ofOutworld, but Li Mei and Havik and good bets for DLC, if anything.

I'd love to see all 10 make it in, but let's be real here...

Now I will be realistic with my wishes for MKX :

-I think we will see ONE 3D era character that is not Quan Chi, possibily, will be an unlockable character ( just like Quan Chi was in MK9, and we didn ́t know about him until the release)

-100% that we will get another 3D era character as a DLC, a very requested one, probably Fujin.

I don't know if you noticed, but it was just confirmed we're getting at least 1 3D character.

Kobra actually has a smidgin of value to the series as a comic-relief character of sorts along with Kira, but that's it.

Say what you will, but their Armageddon endings were fairly humorous.

This doesn't confirm anything. Raiden, Quan Chi, Scorpion and Sub-Zero were also in MK4 and MKDA. I'd take this with a grain of salt.
