3D era- Mixed. I'd say white/middle eastern.

MK vs. DCU- Definitely Asian. The first time Kitana ever had Asian features.

MK9- Definitely looked like a White skinned Latina.

MKX- For some reason, I think she looks Greek. I don't know why.
