Havik looks to be controlling Sub-Zero and at the end is holding some corpses insides and says "Tonight, Scorpion and Sub-Zero finally get the rematch we've all been waiting for, soon the Kamidogu will be mine ... as will Hanzo Hashasi's soul - It seems he is the "demon" who has been corrupting the blood magic

Ehem...
Dear people who insisted Havik absolutely couldn't be the Blood Demon voice because he'd absolutely positively NEVER EVER control or manipulate another being...
Told you so.
Ha ha ha.
Neener neener neener.
(Sorry, I've been waiting a few months to do that)

Great comic episode!!! Looking more and more likely that Havik will be the big bad in the game or at least have something to do with the big bad! Still not sure if he will be the big bad or if he will just create the big bad for the game either way he has to be involved!
Also I wonder what he wants with scorpion?

Surely Noob would have to make at least an appearance in the story if Havik ended up being the final boss after the MK9 ending

By Now, Havik seems to be using all the conflics in MKX as a way to reunite the Kamidogus. But with what porpuse?? Havik is not that kind of guy who wants to be all powerfull and rule the things as he sees fit.
He just want chaos, so why would he want and all mightty being that nobody can stand against???
I think that the Blood God is not actually a Blood God. The Blood God for me is the One Being wich Conscience whants to join all the Kamidogus to be whole again and its called the Blood God, Because the Blood of the One being is in the Kamidogus and thats whats gives power and controls everyone who cuts with it!
So the Boss, if its a fun Returning character!!
Is somebody POSSESED with the Blood code!!!
My bets??
Havik (Maybe loosing control of his own plan) Reiko (I havik again fullfill his promise) or the one that nobody saw coming KENSHI (POSSESED KENSHI as a BOSS variation)

As I said, chaos is fun and unexpected. Of course manipulation is something based on order but Havik's "rules" are not our rules so to him, anything he does is chaotic. Hopefully Reiko is the secret character or even sub-boss so that he can have a Shao Kahn variation.

Though I did say early on that I thought he was the Blood Demon, and argued the point in more than a few threads with lots of words... I'm honestly not completely convinced he'll be the actual boss yet. (Not that he couldn't be).
He could just be the comic book's main villain. A character NRS cleared for use as the significant threat for the comic's plot... but whom wouldn't interfere majorly with the story of the game.
Comic tie-ins do this a lot. They create a side-story around a significant side-threat... which adds lots of fun backstory to the plot for those who choose to read the tie-in, but ultimately doesn't have much bearing on the main story, and won't leave people who don't read the comic tie-in feeling left out.
Havik could just be the bad guy they specifically chose for the comic alone. As a threat outside the game.
Don't get me wrong though, I'd love to see him as the game's villain. One more 3D era character would just sure up the awesomeness of this game for me immensely.

Ehh, but who can be MKX main antagonist? I think it is one of the bigger mysteries left to solve. The revealed roster speaks about the Netherrealm conflict and Outworld's civil war but those cover only segments of the storyline, I feel there's still something missing. Unless the whole blood magik thing is comic exclusive, which would be a real waste.
One more thing, if Havik is the final boss, then who can be the sub-boss?
I doubt the final boss will be a stand alone villain with none working for him. That library stage is such a tease...

Though if you look at what NRS has showed us for the story it seems it's all about the netherrealm war maybe all the story trailer segments and everything are just from like the first few chapters

If Havik's Deception ending is any indication as to what he wants or is ok with, I wouldn't put him above helping an almighty being that nobody can stand against come about.
" The others had defeated the Dragon King, but left his broken body unattended on the floor of his throne room. Not long ago, a similar fate had befallen his former advisor, Shao Kahn. Havik ripped the still-warm heart from the carcass and consumed it, thus absorbing Onaga's power to reanimate the dead. Had the Dragon King succeeded in his plans for total domination, the never-ending turmoil of life would have come to a stifling halt. Those who defeated him believed that the realms were at rest once more, but Havik vowed to restore the Chaos that once ravaged Outworld. Shao Kahn would rule again! "
This is non canon of course, but that seems to indicate he was cool with how things were when Shao was the one in power causing trouble, so im sure a blood god and whatever actions it may take would be to his liking as well lol

Lol exactly! Thats why i see him not as a Boss, but as an intermediary.
If Kotal Khan is still emperor, There wouldn ́t be a conflict betwen Earthrealm and Outworld, so NO MK TOURNAMETN, NO WAR, NO CHAOS. That is the reason why he is helping Reiko because he wants a Bloody thirsty Emperor on charge, and not one that wants to cooperate with the Earth like Kotal Khan.
So answering to this post, thats why i dont see Havik being the Boss
Havik as the boss and Reiko as the unlockable, or Reiko as the boss and Havik as the unlockable.
Both would be the hypest shit ever.
First one could play out with Reiko basically serving Havik, and after Havik's death, the final scene would be him looking at Shao Kahn's armour or something.
Second one could be Havik doing what he said he would in the comic, setting Reiko up as the blood god, and then Havik scheming and crap for the final scene.

Yeah I kind of picture him as the puppet master so to speak lol kind of chilling in the back doing crap to get the outcome he desires without being on the front lines. Although I wouldn't mind seeing him as a boss and still think its possible, im just not sure yet lol
Havik as a boss or Reiko both are a little weak to me, but if that happened then so be it.
Noob Saibot will not be in MKX since Bi-Han has been resurrected. Not unless Kuai became Noob.
IMO I believe the biggest shocker to us all is if the MKX boss turns out to be Shao Kahn himself. Boon has spoken in riddles before to throw us off guard. Kahn is a returning fighter and he said surprising returning character. In MK9 Kahn was believed to have parrished so how surprising would it be he somehow managed to be the boss all over again. Plus some of the dialogue does hint at it with Mileena and Ermac.
Don't forget Kahn has deceived us many times before. In MKV the Deadly Alliance killed a doppleganger so how 100% for sure are we he can't pop back up again? In just 17 more days we'll know.

I feel in the minority of people who actually like Khan, but if he were to be the boss AGAIN in this game, it would only serve to show that NRS can't move beyond him and come up with someone else/someone original as the Big Bad
