I'm hoping that if we are getting console exclusive DLC then that they are already on the disc like Kratos was so we dont lose a dlc spot on a stupid guest kharacter

If none of these are in game id settle for Bo' Rai Cho, Fujin and Tremor as DLC.

I would hope that none of these characters are present on the disc so they can't be discovered early. They can be mentioned, just as long as they're not fightable and no character template is present.

Of course, there will also be outfit DLC as well. I would also like each character to come with their own stage.

I think it should be quite obvious that most of the DLC will be popular MK9 characters that didn't make the cut for MKX's main roster. DLC is about making extra money and NRS will make the most money from characters that are in high demand. MK4/DA/D/A characters just won't drum up as much hype as ones from MK9. New characters are a possibility, but I think NRS will use up their best concepts for the main game, to leave a bigger impression of the new cast.

So I would guess the DLC to be characters like Kitana, Ermac, Smoke, Cyrax, Kabal, etc, and guests, of course.

We're not. He IS DLC. He will be available as a DLC character at launch if you pre-order the game. He isn't part of the initial roster as a playable character.



I get that but I dont consider it DLC,its just a code to.unlock him in the game. He's already on the disk. To me DLC is the stuff u download after the game's been out a lil bit not on launch day.


Skralet was on the disk when MK9 came out.

Most of the MK9 vets being DLC will surely make fans happy and make the registers ring.

I'd love for there to be a huge amount of DLC characters this time. Like at least 8 solid MK9 vets and maybe 2 MK4-MKD characters for a grand total of 10 DLC characters.

I think people are overestimating just how many characters we're gonna end up with. Goro's been let out of the bag already as a pre-order, so I'd say no more than five more are gonna show up(unless they plan on gimping the main roster, which given NRS' track record, is doubtful).

I'd say to expect a shit ton of alternate costumes and probably fatalities as well. But expecting more than 6 characters may be pushing it.
