For QuanChi and Ferra and Torr's fatality I would rather have QuanChi's fatality the only splitting in half one beceause Ferra and Torr could have a more creative fatality with two people if they can replace the original

Kotal, raiden , and kung lao have best. Dvorah, and ferra/torr have worse.

Disliked:

- Kitana: Felt like she could've done ite better. When she uses the fans, that she produces the cuts with the open fans looks weird, I think she should've stabbed the face with them closed and then open them later to produce the cuts.

- Quan Chi 1st: I actually LIKE A LOT when he makes the opponent walk into the blade, it's super gross and creepy. But then suddenly Quan Chi uses telekinetic moves that he never uses in his moveset to anticlimatically slice the opponent. I think the dead weight of the body falling through the blade with just the top of the head being sliced would've been better for the brutal nature of this fatality.

- Scorpion: This feels like random stuff thrown there for no reason at all: He uses a fireball to open a whole in the chest and we see the heart, then he slices the face? Not related, it's like both parts belonged to different fatality sequences even if each one is brutal (specially the face slice) but together they're weird.


Liked:

- Kung Lao: When I though Kung Lao couldn't get something better than his MK9 buzzsaw fatality (my fav from that game with Sektor's scarecrow and Noob's make a wish), he gets this awesome interpretation of the buzzsaw where we see the panic on the opponent when the hat is next to their face and how they struggle trying to resist Kung Lao's boot pushing them towards the hat. Simply amazing.

- Sub-Zero: A good example of integrating the character abilities into his fatality, using the ice to open the whole and then accesing the whole to rip the spine and ultimately tear the torso. The sequence makes sense, is logical and uses the character's powers. I like this one for the same reasons that I dislike Scorpion's fatality.

- Ermac "second" (I say second because we haven't seen the full version even if it was hinted before the official 1st one): It looks brutal if he is indeed making the intestines come from the opponent's mouth.

I just wish there were more bones in the 3D era.

What I loved in the 2d era, and even mk4 to a degree, was the way that characters would be reduced to a pile of bones. That, I think, is wonderfully gruesome, and always scared me as a kid.
Would love to see that again.

Favorites:

Best / Scorpion - the point of the first part of the fatality (throwing the fireball through their chest) is easily misinterpreted.... the point is to bring the opponent to his knees so following that, Scorpion can slice their face off. He can't do that when they aren't kneeling, it just so happens that the heart flops down (oh well).

Ermac - second one with head pop / through chest.

Kung Lao - buzzsaw, nice less gorier than his MK9 one yet still very brutal.

Subzero - everything about it is just pure badass. Nice MK3 nod as well.

Kitana - just perfect.



Dislikes:

None to be honest, but my least favorite are probably Ferra/Torr's and D'Vorahs, simply because of how many times I've seen it in videos already.


Ermac's other one looks to be very disgusting, Reptile's probably ends up in just a head pop in the end.

I liked Scorpion's, Kano's, D'Vorah's and Ermac's. Everything else is bad (Raiden's, Kitana's, Cassie's) or old and tiresome (Kotal's, Ferra/Torr's, Kung Lao's and Quan Chi's)

Hm.. i always like diversions. I really don't Need one guy with two heartrips fatalities ( hello MK9 Kano ).

And now that i saw some second fatalities i am really glad they have enough varity.

My favorite is D'Vorahs. It just fits her powers perfectly I also like Ermac's second one and Kano's Head blow fatality.

I think they could do better with Quan Chis and Sub Zeros fatalities. Quan Chi has no telekinetic powers. It just makes no fucking sense for me. The first part is awesome the last part is brutal but doesn't suit him.
Sub Zero first part is really brutal but after the spine snap it gets lame for me. MAybe it would be better if he freezes the Body and then he breaks them in two and crushing it to the ground into pieces or he freezes the neck of the Opponent and shatters it, then Holding the head with the spine in his Hand.

But Overall the fatalities are way better then in MK9. Even if in MK9 were some great fatalities too (Sektor Scarecrow, Scorpions Portal, Noob tear in half).

My favorite is Raidens.

Definitely the most original. The cut fatalities are getting boring imo, it's too clean of a cut. I wish they were a little more messy.

But Raiden's yeah is awesome, so ruthless with the eyes popping out.

Yes I do and that is the only part I like about the fatality, as I don't like all of it. That is why I only have the spine snap part in my sig.

Liked:

Kung Lao - Such a brutal way to use the hat. You can see them visibly struggle to avoid the hat and the panic in their face but Kung Lao slowly pushes them face first into his hat. Quite vicious.

Cassie Cage - I love this one because it's so full of personality. She doesn't just kill you, she blows a bubble with your own blood. It's hilarious.

Kano - This is the kind of fatality I have to try on everybody. I want to see how everyone's face looks as he burns a hole through their head.

Disliked:

Ferra/Torr - Not because it's a split down the middle fatality. I agree they are played out but if it's stylish I don't really care. But I don't care for this fatality because it lacks creativity. These 2 have the potential for some real sick shit. But instead, Torr just holds the body while Ferra slices down the middle. I'm really hoping that they have some good fatalities because the potential is there.

D'Vorah - Shooting the bugs through the body is completely unnecessary. She could just shoot the bugs that eat the skin off, then step on the skull. That one step takes me out of it.

Sub-Zero - How in the hell can he create ice on both sides of a person without going through the spine? Did he just go around it or some shit? I've made some hurdles for fatalities but this one is just too much. I wanna like it because it's a throwback, but it doesn't make any goddamn sense.

Reptile - Haven't seen it all, so this could change. But I hate that bubbling effect. It blocks the face being eaten away.

I find that part awesome. I've been waiting for this for a long time. The bubbling from the acid is a good implement.
