I dont think the rumor went anywhere. I wouldnt rule anything out until we get some information.

If they are sticking with the Canon story that led up to MKA. I am going to asume that boon wants to bring in the elder gods. Subzeros ending having them declair intent on taking his life for being a false god. Scorpions losing it over them deceiving him. Wants them toast.

Thats the 2 biggest characters whos endings hold much merrit, bringing conflicts with the elder gods.

It could mean any number of things. Maybe they will turn scorp/sub into elder gods when they start new chars? have them kill them and take their place, thus keeping them as bonus characters in every game.

Just whipping ideas out there. Not rly thinking about it too much. anyways. We will know more come E3

i would much rather talk about the new pic he posted of the 2004 and 2006 spike tv trophies...the papers under them show what looks like another arena concept or something...almost looks like a city type area.

i am aware of the topic and i posted there as well. thanx for the effort of guidance though. on the thought of his twit pic...it reminds me of Kung Lao's friendship with the hat and the dog...perhaps that dog has a pack/family of dogs and wants revenge on Kung Lao lol.
or maybe Stryker will bring in the K9 unit as a fatality...just a few stupid ideas that came to me lol. if you look at the pic...you can obviously see that there is more red on the letter K and number 9...i assume if it is referring to that friendship i just mentioned with the dog accident than the red is a reminder of the dogs demise. i can not think of what else it could possibly signify atm.
