My immediate thoughts of who it could be were, Reptile or Shinnok. I'm leaning more towards Shinnok now because of the face. Anyway, the image reminded me of the MK4 opening, hence "Throwback". MK4 is considered a throwback now, no?

I took the picture I searched from google, and when turning the contrast / brightness up, there is no face in the original picture, but only in the one Ed Boon posted. That's definitely Shinnok!

Shinnok was my immediate thought and I'm sticking to it.

It could be bloody anyone.

My guess is Shinnok. That was my first thought when I saw the face. Could be Quan Chi, I guess, of a new character entirely, but count me in the "Shinnok" camp.

It looks more like Quan than Shinnok to me, but i doubt that pic means something.
