Which means Jax and Kano are also cyborgs. Sektor, Cyrax and Sub-Zero just have ALOT more cybernetic modifications, however, as seen in MK9, they retain their brains and skull, most of their bones (if not all) and alot of internal organs.

They are NOT robots with their conscience uploaded into them.

I do believe all the cyber ninjas have their souls, but they are being mind-controlled by a cybernetic modification and programmed to follow orders.
