Yeah, um, for one, laugh out loud doesn't make any sense when you type it out fully and why should they screw the subtitles? As I said earlyer, the games stopped using the number thing at 4. And what about the rest? Deadly Alliance, deception, shalion monks, armaggedon, and more (but those ones are spin-offs). What are those? Subtitles. Ya know what subtitle Netherrealm studios should use in my opinion? X, Mortal Kombat X (although I said that already also).

Um... subtitles are captains that are used at the bottom of television screens/movies that helps translate the dialogue, mostly used for those who are hard at hearing. What you are describing are called "titles." You know, words that are used to name a book, movie, video game, etc. Please know the difference as there is one. Also, it's *earlier.

Secondly, I refuse to promote laziness amongst the English language, don't like it, oh well. I'm one of those rare people who actually respects English classes and will type out the words as they are presented and not take the lazy way out. Same with texting.

I really don't care what they use for their title, but in my perspective, it would look somewhat foolish to start numbering them again AFTER the last five Mortal Kombat games (including the crossover) has not been numbered in the title. It's like if there was another Rocky movie, they numbered 1-5 but then there's Rocky Balboa... what are they going to do? Rocky 7? Or Rocky Balboa 2? The fuck is that? So no, in my opinion, leave the numbers out, but at least know where the series has been at.

I'll take that as a "yes" to my question asking you if you're five years old. But, do you mind actually taking this thread a little bit more seriously? This site isn't that active and some members are trying to keep threads active with conversations like these... And I don't feel like talking to five year olds... I rather do that when I see my cousins.

I still think Mortal Kombat 2 is the best choice.

I just seems to make sense. To be honest, I think the next two games after MK2011 could be numbered, as a show of sort of a new trilogy. The games do need to venture beyond point in time where Armageddon existed before anything new can occur, and the next game won't do that. I think a three-game trilogy retelling the events leading up to the point in time where Armageddon existed would work well. Then, the true reboot can begin.

Really, I'm sure we're all still wondering what happens after Armageddon.
