This may seem a little trivial, but to make any suggestions about gameplay would be rather pointless at this point in time, but COSMETIC issues have almost just as much to do with gameplay as the fighting engine, because things we see and hear draw us more into the game.

Something I liked about MK4 was that each character had a unique selection of costumes that they could wear in the fight. (it was also very kool that the costume you wore in the wore throughout the last fight was the one that appeared in the ending--made it more interactive!) Some characters had 2 costumes while most of them had at least 3. They cut back on them after that and since then the characters all had 2 alternative costumes. Well I really think that it would be cool if EVERY character in this game at AT LEAST THREE/3 alternative outfits/costumes.

I don't think this would be that hard to do, even though they may still have to do some additional animations for each costume and sort out any bugs or glitches that may change. I am not one for recycling old things from previous games, but being that this is on the same or similar engine as the 2 previous games, they could throw in all the costumes that were in the 2 previous games and maybe do some minor alterations. I just think that this would make gameplay a little more fun, because it would give us more VARIETY. And isn't this what most us think makes a game more enjoyable--COMPLEXITY and VARIETY!
