Looked over the new "leak" posted earlier. I'd be very happy with a roster like that, and even some of the most extravagant details that you wouldn't guess right away don't really seem out of place. It seems like the DLC should have been further in development by now, but the methodology of choosing it sounds credible enough. There're even a couple of details in there that would probably make a good deal of fans kind of angry, and no game would be complete without a few of those. If this is fake, it's one of the better ones. More convincing than the jamesMK "leak," anyway.

That said, I'm not putting any stock into any "cousin's friend" leaks until we see more evidence. I'm content sitting here having no idea what to expect.

Very good point and I hope those of you who share this view are not spoiled but for those of us who will be buying this game for an old gen system we recently learned that our access to the game will be delayed until June. In order to avoid getting spoiled we old gen folk would have to avoid any form of MK related news and media for the next 3 months, not happening.

Here are my thoughts;

There are a lot of very detailed, long plot predictions going around now. Maybe he saw one of those with a lot of correct guesses and asked it to be taken down so that no one would be spoiled by accident?

Thing is, PL doesn't have a reason to lie. He's an upstanding member of this community and he has ties to NRS. He gains nothing from lying but risks A LOT to lose. Instead of jumping the gun, let's just wait it out. If it is indeed a true leak, it'll be out to the masses by the end of the week. There's no reason to jump on people who choose to play it smart and wait or are simply defending PL because of their opinions (like Django). Let's all act like adults here, even though some of us aren't even adults yet. I know you're still capable of it. Tossing insults back and forth because you don't agree with someone is stupid and childish.

This reminds me of the Batman: Arkham City leak that happened and the character roster list got leaked 5 weeks ahead of the games release, which spoiled a certain twist ending for people but it leaked on an area of a forum which to view it required a certain set amount of views to the site so it didn't leak to the general public for another few days. So let's all just wait it out and see if it is indeed a true leak before jumping the gun.

Since there is absolutely no thread of info on this anywhere on the entire internet, I am going to assume it's false. I'm sure PL thought he saw something, but I am convinced now whatever it was, wasn't what he thought it was.

PL has tweeted in response to someone asking him how he knows the script he read was real; he told them he doesn't and it wasn't a script he read. Here's the tweet; move along people, nothing to see here.
