I feel that what may seem irritating or annoying to some people is the very energetic and enthusiastic response that AngryJoe expresses. I know that some of them did come off a bit too strong or dramatic. He certainly does have an unorthodox interview style that appears less formal and more zany that other interviewers that I have seen. It certainly does have a lot of personality, I can certainly tell you that much.
However, I must give AngryJoe tremendous credit for asking a question that I had been thinking about alot and I hadn't noticed any interviewer ask:
unlockable content in the krypt. He specifically asked if there was going to be crazy, funny stuff to unlock like the "cooking with scorpion" video. Man, I was surprised he would ask something like that. Most of the other interviewers have asked about the same damn things. i finally have someone ask something unique.
I also like how Ed avoided giving a direct answer, and went more into detail about how the krypt changed and how it appears to be that the krypt would be kind of a like puzzle game or sorts, which I found very interesting.
I do hope that the extra stuff in the krypt is worth unlocking.
I think what annoys most people is that he interrupts the other person but I have read from him that he does that on purpose so to ask more questions and questions that the interviewee can not prepere for. It seems rude but is actually a good tactic to get more information especially on difficult questions.
Untimately I only care to get as much information as possible about the game so I appreciate his style. Other "profesional" interviews are boring PR style questions and answers which amount to nothing more then a waste of time. All just cookiecutter interviews that are worthless.
