I agree. There should be more. Like, why isn't there a throne room stage?? Actually, I remember seeing something like a pit Bottom stage on TRMK..don't know what that was about though.

I believe that they prioritized, same with Stage fatalities, in Boon's interview with AngryJoe he said with all the stuff that IS in the game, some stuff had to be left out, such as tag battles, im sure the shortage of stages is due to a similar reason.

For me the nr 13 is not the problem, its the stages... If you want more stages than you have to wait and buy the stage packages. Im sure they release dlc stages... @ nostalgiagod, you know what this post is about, so stop bitching about other ppl's posts. Hypocrite...

Deadly Alliance has 17 stages and they progressively added more and more with each new title.

The stages in MKX though are so much more advanced than the PS2 Era, so I could see why we have so few.

Yeah 13 is low. I wish they could do it KI style and give every character a stage with their own theme.

Maybe they'll be more later. I think at one point Boon said they wanted to expand DLC from just characters and skins to other things.

okay but the fact is that they have had 4 years and all they developed were 13 stages? its a bit dissappointing.

The stages are great and are more than acceptable for the basic core gameplay. In the story mode however...the lack of stages is noticeable and honestly pretty unusual.

I'd rather have stage fatalities (a real classic) than a bigger amount of stages.

Totaly agree with that. In 1VS1 matches with my friends, we allways ended with just one. Our fav that we called "final battle of ultimate destiny" stage hehe. So im fine with it. And cant wait for this game Ps. Sorry i couldnt edit the quote
