Considering I own both (but play mainly on the 360). I figured I'd try the compatibility trick like with Skarlet on the PS3. Didn't work. But I did just notice what looks to be some new options under extras. They've added character vignettes, and announcement trailers. This leads me to two questions:
1)- I don't play the PS3 version so can anyone tell me if these options have always been there, or are the indeed new?
2)If they are new, it leads me to another question Has a skarlet and Kenshi actually been added the necropolis now?

Those videos have always been in the PS3 version. It's one of there 5-6 exclusives that they got.

(It seems to me like xbox 360 has really been played by this new Mortal Kombat. I mean has anyone noticed how we dont get an exclusive character, they do. How we have to always be second? We didnt get a demo? I mean honestly, i just wish that all games were the same for all systems and that everyone can enjoy. Its not fair that certain systems get bonuses.) all well.

Well, that's not how the world works
A few things I noticed with Kenshi:
-His Scatterbrained leaves one of the opponent's eyeballs to slide down the screen. I didn't see this at first because I initially performed it against Kenshi in Fatality Tutorial. The eyeball also does not appear when the Fatality is done to the cyborgs (though thankfully it works on their human forms).
-Stryker's X-Ray works the same as usual. Yep, he "blinds" the blind guy with his Maglite.

I figured it was still going to executed the same way. A few things I noticed with Kenshi:

Due to balancing issues, Kenshi still can get "blinded" by Stryker's X-Ray

True
Kenshi is no exception - I heard that even blind eyes can actually see light; the same way you would see it when a flashlight is pointed towards your shut eyes. So it's as effective to Kenshi as it is to anybody else. In reality though, a bright light of a torch shouldn't necessarily make you kneel.

My 95 year old Grandmother is blind as a bat, legally, and cannot see a thing except for bits of light here or there, especially if it's bright and right up in her face. So I agree with those that Stryker's X-Ray is still accurate enough.
