So @majornelson goes on vacation & Xbox Live Marketplace misses their update time. We hope it's just delayed a few hours due to holiday.

Major Nelson isn't personally responsible for posting content on Xbox Live. A lot of the content is already in place about a week before hand (maybe even long, ilomilo was up a good month before it was available to the general public), it's just timestamped when it goes live and everyone on the service can access it.

I hope that for some odd reason this delay is them working out the kinks from the last DLK, like no Nekropolis spots//alts. But I have a bad feeling Kenshi won't be up today or possibly even this week. Prove me wrong, NRS!!

A few gaming sites have said that Kenshi is available now but I still see no sign of him. Strange that he's late when Skarlet pretty much arrived on time.

I think it's just a technical issue. It isn't the first time I've seen content from a game missing on the day it was promised, when that day fell after a holiday. It will most likely show up this evening between 4-6 pm eastern time on Xbox Live IMO.

Anyway, I wonder if alternates and Nekropolis spots will be packaged together later for the DLC characters.
