Odd. The new costume pack from Super Street Fighter 4 AE already went up on Xbox Live a while ago, so Xbox Live has definitely already done their updates.

I wonder if they found a problem just before upload that they had to fix at the last minute (ie. accidentally releasing him for free like they did for Skarlet).

I'm curious of this too. If you look at the ad in the games sections of the Live market place for mortal kombat they list two new combatants as skarlet and kenshi being available, but on skarlet is available if you click on the ad to go to the content.

Update from twitter... but it is from TRMK so take it with a grain of salt:

TRMK - Mortal Kombat
So @majornelson goes on vacation & Xbox Live Marketplace misses their update time. We hope it's just delayed a few hours due to holiday.

Don't know if all XBL content hasn't been posted yet for this week or if it's just Kenshi.
